We believe we`ve created and developed a caravan park that is unique, and affords an unrivalled level of comfort, peace and tranquillity in the area.
The uniqueness is in the fact that our Park is designed to cater exclusively for Adults Only over 14 years old, ensuring that the peace and tranquillity elements of our creation are protected as much as possible.
Nestled within and surrounded by picturesque Suffolk farmland, yet a ten-minute drive takes you to the coast, where you can choose to explore the coastline on foot or stop in the car and enjoy the vast expanse of ocean and sky and observe those embracing their chosen ocean sports.
Touring Pitches
We welcome adults only touring caravans and Motorhomes. who may choose to stay for maybe a long weekend, or enjoy an extended mid-week break in the heart of the idyllic Suffolk Countryside.
Our facilities block has recently been modernised and is maintained to a high standard daily. Our showers are generous in size, and the facility block is always heated.
The laundry room includes washers, dryers, and a utility sink. The area for chemical waste is also located adjacent to the facility block.
Seasonal Pitches
Our seasonal pitches are level grass pitches, generous in size, allowing space for a caravan, awning, car, and even room to make an outside sitting area with space for your dog to relax too.
The pitches have great drainage, and the grass, where we can access, is maintained weekly. The rest of the pitch is yours for the season to look after, and you can use the surrounding beds to plant and make your holiday getaway even more special.

Southwold is one of the few seaside towns still quintessentially British with its sandy beach and beach hut-lined promenade, Southwold offers a wonderful environment for tourists, as well as a thriving market town atmosphere.
Aldeburgh is world-renowned thanks to its connection with Benjamin Britten, the founder of the Aldeburgh Festival, which takes place in June every year.
Our local village of Bucklesham is home to The Shannon, a family-run pub offering great beers, great food and a warm welcome. Also nearby we have the 16th century Inn The Fox at Newbourne, offering a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with tempting local ale and delicious food featuring locally sourced ingredients.
A short drive away, perched on the banks of the scenic River Deben in Waldringfield, in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, lies The Maybush Inn. Panoramic views offering a vista across the river and beyond.

Take the A12 to Copdock Mill Interchange A12/A14 just south of Ipswich. Join A14 east towards Felixstowe. Over the River Orwell Bridge just outside Ipswich. Continue for approximately 7 miles, take 3rd exit left signposted Bucklesham/Brightwell. Continue for approximately 1 mile past Bugsys Autos on the left. Take the next right turn signposted Kirton and continue for a 1/3 of a mile and The Oaks Caravan Park is on the right.
