Family-friendly camping situated within the beautiful grounds of YMCA Fairthorne Manor, our friendly campsite offers opportunities for families to drop in for the day or to stay and camp overnight.
The stunning park and woodland expanse has plenty of flat ground with the space dotted with copses, a stream and plenty of room in which families can enjoy themselves.
As well as a relaxing family stay, there`s plenty of adventure opportunities too with organised and self led activities for all the family. Our location on the River Hamble means water craft launch and hire is available subject to tides

We`re open on weekends during term time until August 31st, and every day throughout the school holidays - giving you even more opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.

Whether you`re exploring the ancient woodlands of the New Forest, catching a ferry to the Isle of Wight, or simply unwinding in nature, our campsite is ideally situated. As a result, it`s the perfect base for a memorable and well-balanced summer escape.
We are within walking distance of Botley which boasts shops, restaurants, and pubs for visitors to enjoy.
We are the ideal base to explore the local area including the South Downs National Park, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Marwell Zoo, Paultons Park (and Peppa Pig World), the New Forest, local beaches and much more.

Prices are £36 per pitch per night for a single tent, caravan or campervan (with 6 people). You can also bring your dog for an extra £6 per night too.

Fairthorne Manor is located a short 10 minute drive from Junctions 7 and 10 of the M27, approximately 1 mile from the village of Botley, near Hedge End. Ideally situated on the South Coast between Portsmouth and Southampton.
