Pitches: 100
Pitton Cross is a mile from Rhossili Village and its beach, which is often voted The Best Beach in the UK.
There is a National Trust car park, a Pub, Cafes and with a National Trust Shop. In St Mary`s church is built in the times of the Normans, with a memorial to Petty Officer Edgar Evans, who was born in the village and went to the South Pole with Scott of the Antarctic.
The City of Swansea is only 16 miles away, where you will find the National Waterfront Museum and the LC2 Swimming Pool.
OPEN ALL YEAR
Catering for touring caravans, motor homes, campervans and tents. All pitches are on level ground and are spaced around the field edges.
Two EV Charging points now onsite (slow charge).
Dog friendly too with a field that is suited to those that wish to be away from dogs. All dogs must be on a lead at all times. There is an enclosed dog park onsite.
Several hard standings for caravans, motor homes and campervans.
Our on-site shop is open every day, offering a small selection of groceries, fishing tackle/frozen bait, camping equipment, and beach goods.
Gower Kite Shop & Rhossili Gift Shop is located here too.
The Ladies` and Gents` showers/toilet block, Baby room with a bath, and our Disabled room are all behind the shop/reception.
Washing up room is a four-sink dishwashing area and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers. (coins)
Next door to the shop is the Visitor Information room with lots of leaflets for local attractions.

It`s quiet at Pitton Cross! It`s so quiet you can hear the sea a mile away and a wide range of bird calls.
Seeing the Milky Way by Star Gazing is a must here at Pitton Cross Caravan Park, one of the darkest spots on Gower.

The scenic coastline is within walking distance from your pitch. Ramsgrove cove is good for rock pooling.
Mewslade & Fall Bay for body boarding, buckets & spades and climbing.
Rhossili Beach for climbing, surfing, walking, and to see the Helvetia Ship Wreck.
Located near to the Welsh Coastal Path and there are several beaches a short distance away, plus many great things to see and do in nearby Swansea, including parks and gardens, walks, Swansea Marina and the magnificent Oxwich Castle.

By car leave M4 at J42 along the A483 to Swansea.Follow the A4067 for Mumbles and South Gower,turn right onto the B4436 Mayals Road to South Gower.Following the Road through Kittle,turn right at Pennard church on Vennaway lane heading towards Port Eynon,at the next T junction turn left on to the South Gower road the A4118. Pass through Penmaen, Knelston, where there is a Petrol Station. When you get to Scurlage,turn right onto the B4247 for Rhossili follow for 2 miles and we are on the left Hand Side.
