Jays Lodge Caravan Park is an ideal position for contractors working in the South Essex area and in particular on the Lower Thames Crossing.
Situated in the grounds of a farm, we are located in the pretty village of Orsett and are located within a two minute walk of a village pub serving very good food and beer.
We can offer both grass and hard standing pitches and all of our pitches come with electric hook ups with no restriction.
We have recently upgraded our shower facilities to a high modern standard.
There is ample car parking available on site.
We are sorry but we are an adult only site and we do not accept dogs or permit awnings.
The cost of a pitch is from £20 per night, with short term pitches at £25 per night.
We can also accommodate guests with their own tents for which the cost is from £15 per night.
Also on site we have an annexe containing two separate bedrooms with television, Wi-Fi, small lounge, fridge, microwave and adjoining showers & toilets.
This is suitable for two contractors working on the same project at a cost from £20 per person per night.
Nearby Attractions
We are close to both the M25 and A13 roads and are within a 10 minute car journey to Lakeside shopping centre.
We are also close enough to travel into London by train and for golfers there are several golf courses within easy travel by car.

Owner Directions
Leave the M25 at Junction 30 and take the A13 eastbound towards Grays. At the second junction leave and take the 3rd exit from the roundabout signposted for Orsett. Follow this road for approx 3 miles and turn right into Baker Street when you reach the Kings Arms public house. We are situated about two hundred yards on the left hand side, turn into the entrance for Chapel Farm.
