Set in a sheltered bay on the Jurassic Coast, the park has everything you need for a memorable Devon holiday, from live entertainment and children`s activities to soft play, rock pooling, swimming, adventure golf and family friendly places to eat.
Our touring and camping areas welcome everything from caravans and motorhomes to tents, with electric hook up included as standard on all touring pitches. Guests also have access to modern washrooms, showers, dish washing facilities and handy disposal points, with the restaurant, takeaway, shops, amusements, entertainment, pool complex and private beach all just a short walk away.
Our Swimming Pool Complex includes a large indoor pool and an interactive splash zone with fountains and slides, ideal for the whole family. Outside, the Splash Pad is always a favourite, with water features, spray guns and a pirate ship, perfect for confident little swimmers as well as younger children. For those looking to relax, the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are just the thing after a workout in the gym.
Families can enjoy a round on our Jurassic themed Adventure Golf course, or let little adventurers burn off energy in the adventure playground, complete with slides, wobbly bridges, tunnels and obstacle course elements. Younger guests can also enjoy soft play and a packed activities programme throughout the season.
The private beach is one of the real highlights of Ladram Bay, with sand washed pebbles, rock pools to explore and calm bathing waters in the sheltered bay. During the season, guests can also enjoy water sports hire, or simply spend time by the sea taking in the views.
The Three Rocks Inn is at the heart of the park, where you can enjoy a meal at Pebbles Restaurant while taking in the spectacular views across the bay. Or, for a traditional seaside favourite, pick up fish and chips from Coast Takeaway.
With accommodation ranging from touring and camping pitches through to glamping, holiday homes and luxury lodges with hot tubs and decking, there is plenty of choice to suit different tastes and budgets. For those who love the idea of the great outdoors but prefer a few home comforts, our glamping options offer a cosy, comfortable and convenient base for your family holiday.
Set between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, Ladram Bay is also perfectly placed for exploring East Devon, with beautiful coastal walks, countryside routes and family attractions all within easy reach.
