We are a friendly English owned campsite situated in a peaceful rural location yet only a short distance away from the wonderful sandy beaches of the Vendee coast.
Our campsite is located on the outskirts of the village of St Gervais on the edge of the marais offering the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday and providing much to enjoy by bird watchers, walkers and cyclists alike with it's abundant wildlife, beautiful countryside and winding lanes.
Our campsite is rated as a 1* and offers 25 very large flat pitches on two seperate fields. All pitches are supplied with 6amp electricity and some have their own water supply. Some pitches can be supplied with 16amp electricity.
We welcome tents, caravans, including twin axels, motor homes and rallies to our site. Caravan storage and a gite are also available. Please check out our web-site for further details.
We have a spacious sanitary block offering disabled facilities with free hot water, an indoor washing up area, washing machine, hand washing sink, iron, ironing board, fridge and freezer. Fresh bread and croissants are delivered daily during July and August.
There is also table tennis and a large play area including boules pitch and childrens' swing. A communal barbecue with table area is on the site for all of our campers to enjoy and fridge hire is available. Dogs are accepted on the site.

The nearest beach, Fromentine and La Barre-de-monts lined with pine forests and sand dunes just 10kms away.
The picturesque Island of Noirmoutier, with it's 12th century castle, charming villages, beaches, trendy shops and restaurants reached by a modern bridge or the Passage du Gois, a 4.5Km causeway, passable only at low tide.
French coastal resorts, St-Jean-de-Monts, St-Gilles-Croix-de-vie, Les Sables d'Olonne and Pornic.
The Puy-de-Fou, an amazing historical theme park offering dazzling entertainment with performances of gladiators, chariot racing, attack by vikings, a magnificent falconry display and much more.
Lake and chateau at Apremont with a sandy beach, great for fishing, swimming and water-sports.
You can also visit the local windfarm, windmills and oyster farms. Lots more to see and do.

From Cherbourg, Caen and St Malo head towards Nantes then follow signs to Noirmoutier via the ring road. Go to Bougneuf-en-Reiz and proceed along the D758 to Bouin. Take the D21 towards Bois-de-Cene and turn right onto the D59. Follow signs to St Gervais, turn right into the narrow road signposted Camping le Fief Angibaud, after 600m you will find our campsite.
