Riddings Wood Holiday Park - A Tranquil Woodland Retreat
Nestled within 11 acres of peaceful woodland, Riddings Wood offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Whether you`re traveling in a caravan, motorhome, or tent, our park provides a serene and comfortable environment for all types of outdoor enthusiasts.
Camping & Touring Pitches
We offer a variety of pitches to suit your needs:
10 Fully Serviced & 12 Hardstanding Pitches: Ideal for caravans and motorhomes, each with grass areas and 16 Amp electric hook-up points.
30 Grass Pitches: Conveniently located near the park amenities, featuring 10 Amp electric hook-up points.
50 Non-electric Tent Pitches: Perfect for those who prefer a more traditional camping experience.
Lower Camping Field: This area accommodates tents of all sizes, from pop-ups to large family tents. It offers a mix of electric and non-electric hook-ups.
Facilities
Children`s Play Area: Located in the lower camping field, our playground features climbing frames and swings, providing a safe, secure space for children to enjoy the outdoors.
Modern Toilet & Shower Block: Equipped with disabled facilities, baby changing areas, and external pot washing points.
CCTV & Security Barriers: The site is monitored for safety, and vehicle access is controlled via security barriers.
Tourist Information: Our reception is the go-to point for local advice and guidance on nearby attractions and activities.
Additional Features
Picnic Areas: Enjoy a family picnic in one of our designated, secure picnic spots around the park.
Caravan Rallies: We cater to caravan rallies during the Low Season, providing a great opportunity for group gatherings.
Booking & Tariffs
We accept online and telephone bookings, and payments can be made with most debit and credit cards.
Pitch Prices:
Tents:
Low Season: £18 - (1st November - 31st March)
High Season: £28 - (1st April - 31st October)
Tents with Electric Hook-Up:
Low Season: £24 - (1st November - 31st March)
High Season: £34 - (1st April - 31st October)
Caravans & Motorhomes (with Electric Hook-Up): Same prices as above.
Minimum of 3 night stay on Bank Holidays
Fully Serviced Pitches (with water and drainage) - 10 pitches available:
Low Season: £28 - (1st November - 31st March)
High Season: £37 - (1st April - 31st October)
Extras:
More than 2 people: £2 per night per person
Dogs: £1.50 per night
Gazebos/Awnings: £3 per night
Lodges:
6 x Four-berth Lodges & 6 x Six-berth Premium Lodges, each with a private hot tub.
Prices start at £120 per night for two people.

Directions to Riddings Wood Park
from the M1 (North/South) exit at Junction 27 & take the A608 Heanor. Turn right onto the B600 for Alfreton/Selston & follow the B600 before turning left onto the B6016 Jacksdale. Follow the B6016 & Riddings Wood is on the right hand side.
From the A38 (Burton, Derby, Mansfield)
From the South (Derby) follow the A38 and take the A610 exit for Ripley, continue on the A610 before turning left onto Brittain Drive just past the car superstore. Turn right into High Holborn Road & follow the road & at the end of the road turn left into Alfreton Road/Codnor Lane/Newlands Road. Take a right onto South Street (B6016) towards Selston. Follow the B6016 (Bullock Lane) to the right & Riddings Wood is on the left.
