Angela & Marc welcome you to Somers Wood Caravan Park. We are located in the Heart of England approx 1/2 mile from the village of Meriden.
All our pitches have hardstanding with electric hook-up and we have excellent shower/toilet facilities. Seasonal Heated Shower Block features private wash cubicle, toilets, wash basins, free flowing hot showers, hand dryers, hair dryers and shaver points.
We are graded 5 star and members of Tranquil Touring Parks.
Somers Wood is exclusively for Adults Only so we offer you the opportunity to relax and enjoy our peaceful surroundings.
Meriden has a range of shops including a post office. The Bulls Head, Strawberry Bank and Berryfields all offer good food and drink. Our local Chinese and Indian takeaways will deliver your meal to the park - menus can be found in the Information Cabin.
Adjacent to the park is Stonebridge Golf Centre (Tel: 01676 522442)- 21 bay floodlit driving range, 27 hole golf course and clubhouse with bar and restaurant open to all! Just a 5 minute walk from your pitch to enjoy food & drinks. 10% off your food bill only to Somers Wood guests. Dogs are also welcome inside the clubhouse.
Somers coarse fishery (Tel: 01676 523833) is only a 5 minute walk from the park.
Stonebridge 18 hole adventure golf course (01676 521000) is next door too.
Nearby Attractions
We are the closest caravan park to the National Exhibition Centre, Resorts World and the Motorcycle Museum which are all only 3 miles away.
Coventry with its Cathedral is just 6 miles. 12 miles into Birmingham. The NIA, Symphony Hall, Cadburys World, National Sea Life Centre and many more attractions can be found here.
Warwick just 14 miles with its magnificent castle. Stratford on Avon the birthplace of William Shakespeare is approx 22 miles.
Drayton Manor, Tamworth Ski & Snow Dome, The Belfry Golf & Country Club are all within easy reach of Somers Wood.

Standard pitches from £30 per night - fully serviced from £34 off peak Full tariff can be seen on our website.
We include £2 per night electric in your pitch fee - any additional electric you require is payable by you via the meter on your pitch (QR code smart device) or the CampaCash machine (£1 coins) located in the laundry room.
We now have our own guest loyalty scheme in place, which renews annually. After your first stay of the season, you will receive your loyalty code via email. Quote that code at the time of booking any future stays with us, during the same season and we will deduct £3 per night off your pitch fee.
Please note: We close on the 30th November and re-open for Christmas and New Year.
