Viewlands Caravan & Camping Site is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction - we will do all we can to make your stay with us a happy one.
We are ADULTS ONLY you must be over 16 to stay here
Please keep all dogs on a lead or tether whilst on site
Quiet pets are welcome
Booking is advisable during July and August.
We close on around October 31st and re-open in early April
Viewlands offer a range of services to our customers, including:
Very clean Toilets & Hot Showers
Utility/kitchen for dish washing etc.
Electric Hook-ups
Caravan toilet waste disposal
Tourist information & local venue menu`s
Area available for off lead dog exercise (i.e. first thing in morning)
Small shop selling milk, eggs, bread, ice-creams, home-made jams etc
Microwave and washing machine
Hairdryer
Guests fridge/freezer
New for 2025. The Summer House. A lovely wooden cabin, comprising of two single beds, TV, fridge, armchairs, basic kitchen area with microwave and toaster. Private outside space with seating and sun loungers. Toilet and showers are a short walk away. No one night stays. One small step up onto deck area. Towels and bed linen is provided. Enquire for pricing.
Arrival
Please check in at bungalow on arrival. You will be allocated a pitch. Some pitches are reserved for other guests, and you may be asked to move if you did not check in, thank you.

Situated on the B1355 approximately 6 miles from Wells next the Sea in beautiful North Norfolk. Viewlands is a secluded, country site convenient for the unspoilt North Norfolk coast, bird watching and all local attractions, including Burnham Market a popular village with some fabulous shops. Traditional seaside at Hunstanton, Sheringham and Cromer.

Owner Directions
urn off A148 onto the B1355 Burnham Market road. Continue along this road passing signs for Sculthorpe on the left and Dels Nursery on the right. Stay on the B1355 you will pass a sign on the left for Dunton and a bungalow on the right. There is quite a sharp bend, then a long straight road. On the left are fields, Viewlands Caravan & Camping Site is on the right. We are surrounded by trees and there is a wooden "Viewlands" sign out on the road.
If you are coming from the south or east of Fakenham. When you approach the ring road roundabout at Fakenham, take the A148 Kings Lynn exit. Then take the first right B1355 Burnham Market road, and then follow direction as above. If you are lost or unsure please call 01328 823 262 or 07780 916 306
