 Excellent site and well placed for visiting all the local places of interest.
Len and Val could not do more for us to enjoy our stay. A very home from home site with everything you would ever need.
Nothing to dislike as I have re booked again for next year.
We did visit other camp sites while staying here, but we found them to be very expensive and commercialised compared to Viewlands.
You will not be disappointed.

If I could put 20/10 l would.
We started using this site 20yrs ago and are so glad we found it.
Starting off camping with a tent moving on to the caravan.
This year we used the newly erected summerhouse it was marvellous.
Spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
If you couldn't find what you needed you wasn't looking hard enough. Lol
Clean showers and washing facilities.
Fridge and freezer for anyone staying there to use.
Quiet but not far from lovely Wells by the sea. Cromer and Hunstanton.
Good local pub, and nice cycling routes.
Val, Lenny and Lea have a little gem here you won't be sorry you'd tried it.

We stayed at The Viewlands, S. Creake for three nights in May and what a beautiful site it is!
Both Lea and Lenny made us very welcome from the start and the extra touches around the site showed a consistent level of personal commitment and passion to making it all work.
There are little nooks with benches and lighting to add to the ambience as well as a separate area away from the main pitches with seating for more people to sit if you wanted, with a raised pond.
The facilities are fantastic and the bathrooms are homely with little touches that make a difference - and always clean.
It is a small and quiet site with the air of peace and tranquillity. The pitches are ample and the small trees nearby, as well as the benches with sun umbrellas, gave some shade in the sun.
The sunset skies are beautiful and the large, full moon was a picture too.
So many places to visit within 20 minutes, including the coast and if you are thinking of cycling, the routes are phenomenal - the views of the countryside are picturesque with great photo opportunities. We rode from the site to Wells-Next-the-Sea.
We have stayed at many campsites around the UK, but Viewlands really has topped the lot!

Lovely quiet adults only site. The new toilet and shower facilities are spotless.
The showers are not push button or thermostatically controlled so you can set your own temperature, a real plus in my opinion.
We took our bikes and there are some lovely off road tracks and quiet lanes to explore straight from the site.
The site has a fridge/freezer, washing machine (£4), little shop selling ice creams, jams, drinks, sweets and sometimes eggs, microwave and book stall.
The owners are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

A beautiful and quaint site with numerous little corners away from the main field where you could sit and read or play board games, cards etc.
The facilities are second to none with brand new, separate and lockable shower rooms providing shower, loo, washbasin and even shampoo/body wash! There is also totally separate ladies' loo with washbasin and hand towel.
Washing up facilities are available, together with a microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. They also sell ice-cream and home produced fresh eggs and conserves. With an honesty box!
Everything was immaculate and spotlessly clean.
We have been before and will definitely be going again.

I liked everything there
Everything you want, they had fridge, washer, showers, toilets
Nice cut grass and a very nice pleasant people

We recently enjoyed a stay at this friendly, well run site. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by our occupancy of the newly constructed timber cabin now available for rent.
The cabin is well proportioned, housing two single beds, a seating area with television and a food preparation area with microwave and refrigerator.
Outside is a larges area of decking with a table and chairs. We were particularly impressed with the spaciousness of the cabin and the fact that our hosts had thought of all necessities.
The whole package is well designed and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Viewlands

Wonderful Spot, spotless facilities and we will certainly return, We stayed for 5 nights that was most peaceful and toured all around North Norfolk as it is handy for lots of lovely places.
We also had a visit from family for the afternoon who live locally and we enjoyed catching up with them.
There is a honesty shop, washer and hairdryer available if you wish to use. We also had a lovely meal in the Ostrich Inn which is just up the road from the Campsite which is also doggy friendly and the food was excellent.
Many Thanks to Lenny and his lovely daughter, see you again soon hopefully. Helen & Chris

Rural, quiet, lots of wildlife, immaculately kept, friendly owners who do not bother you unless you ask for help.
Home made marmalade in the little shop was even better than my own.
The only downside was the absence of wifi but that was a good excuse to make lots of visits to the local coffee shops.
We will very probably go back next year.
