Pitches: 37
Set in open countryside just outside the small town of Corwen, just off the A5 Gaerhyfryd is the perfect escape.
Corwen has everything that you will need, a convenience store, post office, pharmacy, cafes, steam railway and leisure centre. We are also only 5 minutes from Rhug Organic Farm shop, with award winning cafe, shop and takeaway.
The local pub The Blue Lion in Cynwyd is only a short walk away, serving home cooked meals, or stay put and relax on your fully serviced pitch.
Holidaymakers who love their countryside simple and rural cannot help but fall in love with Gaer Hyfryd Caravan Club Site. The park, with its combination of luscious green countryside and imposing mountains rising in the background means there is no caravan site more picturesque and scenic to take the family.
We are Caravan and Motorhome Club affiliated but non-members are also welcome.
Each of the 37 pitches has stone hardstanding with a grassy area. Tents are not permitted on the site. Pup tents are allowed. There is an individual service post for each pitch. This includes; electric hookup, cold water tap, TV aeriel connection, a grey water drain and night light.

Nearby Attractions
If you`re interested in gardens, make a visit to the National Trust`s Bodnant, only a 30 mile drive from Gaer Hyfryd Caravan Club Site. Here you`ll find one of Britain`s greatest gardens famous for its Laburnum walk.
A little closer to the caravan park is the Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall - one of the seven natural wonders of Wales.
The area is well regarded as a walker`s paradise with a choice of simple strolls to a lung-busting trek over the Berwyns. Located in the Welsh countryside of Corwen, the park is not far away from the Eisteddfod, the Canal and Telford`s bridge over the Dee.
