A warm welcome to Briarfields Touring Park Briarfields Touring Park is a friendly, family-run, adults-only park ideally located between Cheltenham and Gloucester, with the beautiful Cotswolds right on our doorstep.
Open all year round, we offer a welcoming and well-cared-for base whether you`re joining us for a relaxing break, visiting one of the area`s many events, exploring Gloucestershire or simply looking for an easy and convenient stopover on a longer journey.
As an independent family-run park, the personal touch matters enormously to us. We want you to feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive, and we`re always happy to help with local recommendations, directions or anything else that might make your stay a little easier.
A green and carefully landscaped park Over the years, we`ve planted and nurtured hedges, trees and shrubs throughout Briarfields to create an attractive, green environment for our guests and local wildlife.
Many pitches now benefit from established hedging that provides a lovely sense of separation and screening, while newer areas of planting continue to grow and mature. Colourful shrubs, lawns and trees add to the relaxed feel of the park, with plenty of birdlife to enjoy too.
It`s a lovely balance: a green and welcoming place to stay, while still being remarkably close to everything you might need.
Easy to reach - and easy to explore without driving One of the things our guests value most about Briarfields is just how convenient our location is.
We`re just a few minutes from Junction 11 of the M5, with straightforward access for caravans and motorhomes and no narrow country lanes to negotiate.
Once you`ve arrived, however, you certainly don`t have to spend your holiday behind the wheel.
Regular buses stop directly outside the park, providing easy connections into both Cheltenham and Gloucester. There`s also a dedicated off-road walking and cycling route nearby, making it easy to explore under your own steam.
This makes Briarfields particularly convenient for motorhome guests who would prefer to , put the keys away and leave their vehicle on site while exploring the local area.
Orchard Bar & Kitchen - right here at Briarfields There`s now even more reason to put the keys away once you arrive. Our very own Orchard Bar & Kitchen is right here on the park, offering guests a relaxed and welcoming place to enjoy a drink, unwind after a day out and catch up with friends and fellow tourers without having to leave Briarfields.
We`ve created Orchard Bar & Kitchen to complement the atmosphere of the park rather than change it. It`s somewhere comfortable to enjoy during your stay while Briarfields remains first and foremost the friendly, relaxed touring park our guests know and love.
A well-connected location Briarfields is conveniently located rather than being a remote countryside site, and we think it`s important that guests know what to expect before they arrive.
Being so well positioned for the M5 and local transport network means that some background road noise can be heard and may be more noticeable at busy times. Aircraft may occasionally be heard too.
For many of our guests, that`s a worthwhile trade-off for such an accessible location, with straightforward motorway access, excellent public transport, walking and cycling routes and everyday amenities within walking distance.
If you have any questions about our location before booking, we`re always very happy to have a chat.
