Arguably Northumberland`s most scenic site.
With great views across rolling countryside towards the sea and Farne Islands and with Bamburgh Castle to the north and the Cheviot Hills to the west, Springhill`s camping/caravan site and wigwams are in a prime location. Just over half a mile from some of the UKs most breath taking beaches, the site is close enough to the village of Seahouses (one mile) to be within easy reach of shops, bars and restaurants. Bamburgh, with its stunning castle and quaint shops is just over three miles away.
All pitches are well spaced apart in a large, grassed area with hard standing and electric options. Apart from location our site has all the facilities and extras you need to enjoy a first-rate and comfortable holiday experience.
WIGWAMS
Each wigwam sleep up to five are fully insulated with electric heating meaning wigwams stay cosy all year round.
Standard Wigwam: Inside, there are platform beds with mattresses, table, lights, small fridge and kettle. All wigwam guests have access to a communal kitchen and sitting area with internet access.

Located 1 mile from Seahouses which is the gateways to the Farne Islands Nature Reserve and only 3 miles for Bamburgh home of the infamous Bamburgh Castle, Springhill is a short walk from miles of empty beaches, directly on the AONB coastal footpath and Sustran cycle route making us perfect cycling and walking. Within a short drive away discovers the spellbinding charm of Lindisfarne Island, Alnwick, noted for its Garden and more castles than any other county in England. We are perfectly based for all major Northumberland attractions and only 12 miles from the A1 making us easily accessible from all direction.

Travelling south
From the A1, take the B1342, within 5 miles join the B1340 (Bamburgh). Continue 2 1/2 miles. Before entering Seahouses, turn right to North Sunderland (large white house on corner). Take the first right turn (3/4 mile), within 1/2 mile you will come to a T-junction (Springhill Farm).
