This is an adults only site

Sycamore Park is a small, friendly adults only caravan park and campsite in the quiet village of Theberton set in the heart of the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
We have 20 pitches, a mix of hard standing and grass pitches each with electric hook up.
Free Wi-Fi.
The site has a modern shower block finished to a high standard with under floor heating, and washing up area plus chemical disposal unit.
A peaceful site centrally located for easy access to the popular seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold and only three miles from the visitor centre of the famous RSPB Minsmere bird reserve.
We are happy to suggest cycle rides and walks in the local area.
Or perhaps you do not want to travel too far and would like to spend your time relaxing with a good book. Then our peaceful site is just the place to do this.

Prices start from £27.50 per night for 2 adults Additional adults are charged at £10 per person per night Price Includes 2 people (adults only) Electric hook up Wifi (Limited) Full use of the site facilities Dogs are welcome at no extra charge. We do not charge any extra for awnings, however they must fit within the boundaries of your own pitch Please note that there is no additional parking so cars must also be parked on your pitch

Owner Directions
Travel on the A12 to Yoxford then turn on to the B1122 towards Leiston. Follow this road until you reach the village of Theberton. Once you see the Theberton village sign you should see our sign on the right directly after the lay-by.
Your satnav may try to bring you a more direct route but some of these roads may not be suitable for caravans. The above directions are the most direct way to Sycamore Park.
