Wolds Way Caravan and Camping is situated amongst glorious countryside , the site enjoys panoramic views over the vale of Pickering to the North Yorkshire Moors.
Wolds Way Caravan and Camping provides high quality facilities for touring caravans, motor homes and camping, including fantastic showers and toilet block with family bathroom, electric hookups 16 amp, well stocked shop selling local produce, laundry facilities, play area, picnic benches situated enjoying scenic views.
We have plenty of tent pitches, all with electric, on a large area of grass close to our facilities. With no marked pitches, you have the freedom to space yourself on the grass tent area as you wish.
Our excellent facilities, replaced in in 2020, feature separate ladies and gents shower and toilet blocks with lots of space and a separate family/disabled bathroom with a bath and toilet.
There is a small on-site shop selling basics such as milk, bread, a range of drinks (soft and alcoholic), frozen food, sweets, crisps and ice cream. We also stock a small range of tent and caravan basics.
The ‘family room` has three large pot-wash sinks and vending machines with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cold drinks and sweets. The family room is always open and has free use of a fridge and microwave.
We have a coin operated large washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate laundry room.
We do offer free Wifi access to all our guests. It is not the fastest internet service, especially when the site is busy, so we advise downloading your favourite Netflix series before you leave home.
As a family friendly site we provide lots of green space for the family to have fun in. There is a small onsite playground and space for ball games. Bikes and scooters are welcome and we believe the site is very safe for children to roam freely as we are isolated and away from busy roads and other houses.
Dogs are very welcome. There is lots of room and walking opportunities for you and your dogs
Situated adjacent to the park is the Wolds Way national trail, this offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy fantastic walks throughout the area. There are several public footpaths throughout the farm and neighbouring woodland available for pleasant walks and bike rides.
This area has something for everyone, be it to relax in beautiful countryside, explore stately homes and market towns or enjoy the sports of horse racing, golf, fishing or sailing

We encourage all guests to enjoy the fields on our farm and have created a number of lovely walks around the fields, with benches to take in the views along the way.
The Yorkshire Wolds Way also runs through the farm and allows you to either walk down to the local village of Wintringham or walk East along the Wolds towards Scarborough.

When adding our address to your sat nav or Google Maps, please use Wolds Way Caravan and Camping and then Knapton Wold Road. Adding Knapton Wold Road will ensure you are brought up the main entrance directly off the A64 and not taken through West Heslerton village to come in our back road, which is not caravan friendly!
From Leeds/York Wolds Way Caravan and Camping is located just off the A64 which runs from Leeds to Scarborough via York. We are situated between Rillington and West Heslerton, towards Scarborough. The entrance is approximately 200yrds on the right past the B1258 to Snainton.
From Scarborough/Bridlington Wolds Way Caravan and Camping is located just off the A64 from Scarborough to Leeds. We are situated between West Heslerton and Rillington. The entrance is approximately 1 mile out of West Heslerton on the left.
From Whitby/Pickering Wolds Way Caravan and Camping is located just off the A64 which runs from Leeds to Scarborough via York. We are situated between Rillington and West Heslerton, towards Scarborough. The entrance is approximately 200 yards on the right past the B1258 to Snainton.
