We are a small pleasant quiet family run site in the countryside We offer level pitches for caravans and motorhomes with countryside views.
Perfect for touring East Sussex
The park offers good clean facilities including a small on site shop, washing up facilities with free hot water, showers and toilets, chemical waste disposal, a small play area for children and a games room with pool table, table tennis, , all of which are under cover. electric hook ups are available but not on the grass pitches .
We are situated approx 2 miles from Polegate train station and approx 6 miles from the seaside town of Eastbourne
small dogs are welcome provided they are kept on a lead at all times

Leave A22 roundabout signed Hailsham A295 from south or roundabout signes Hailsham industrial Estate from North
At BP garage you will find a mini roundabout turn in Ersham road B2104 Follow B2104 over traffic lights at cuckoo trail pass the world of water and old loom mill
We are the next right hand turn on a sharp bend into Sayerlands lane you will find Cuckoos Rest approx 300yds down the lane the 2nd property on the left
Due to a narrow lane it is advisabe to come via the B2104(However this is only if you are towing)
