Opening Dates this year: 01/07/2022 to 29/08/2022
For 2022 our season begins on the 1st July 2022 and we are open throughout until the 29th August 2022. We are also open for the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend celebrations - Thursday 2nd June 2022 until Sunday 5th June for a 3 night stay only.
We have 20 large pitches with plenty of space. These pitches are for a maximum of 6 guests. The campsite is tents only, no camper vans or caravans.
If you want a unique experience camping amongst Estate grown vines, which offers peace, tranquillity, and views of the South Downs, then Downsview Campsite is for you!
Plenty of space, hot showers, flushing toilets, washing up sink, lots of parking is all part of the experience youll have once you get here.
We sell firewood and have fire pits for hire. You are welcome to bring your own wood, however felling of trees is not permitted.
We have a mobile pizza van which visits every Saturday night, where you can buy a mouth watering wood fired pizza of your choice.
Our home site and Winery is on Sliders Lane, where our award winning wines are created. It takes 3 minutes by car or alternatively you can take a 20 minute stroll through our vineyard and woodlands to get there.
After your stroll, why not enjoy your complimentary glass of wine to entice your taste buds for the full bottle adventure, later on by the campfire back at base!
For the complete wine experience, we would advise that you pre-book to attend one of our Tours or Tastings.
We realise that camping would not be the same without a campfire. So why not bring your own fire pit or hire one of ours. Then snuggle up with a blanket and toast some marshmallows. BBQs are also allowed but must be raised off the ground.
If you love wine and stunning views then Downsview campsite is the perfect place for you!!
