Reddacleave is a beautiful Dartmoor Farm in Devon, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are a rural campsite for lovers of Clean Air, Fresh Water Streams, Rivers, Starry Skies, Peaceful Surroundings, Wildlife and Breathtaking Scenery.
We are an Eco Campsite with 4 x EHU Pitches and Wild Camping Pitches, we specialise in exclusive spacious pitch hire for tents/ camper vans/ Caravans.
If you fancy something a little more glamorous, we've got that covered with our canvas bell tents furnished and unfurnished and EHU.
Set within 80 acres of Devon fields that back straight onto Dartmoor, this is a Walkers/Cyclist/Runners paradise.
You could be lucky enough to see our Wild Deer, Birds and Wildlife in abundance.
Our pitches back onto our River, Streams and Woodland area, ideal for a fresh water dip.
Facilities include: Compost Toilets, River and Ponds, Outdoor Fire Pits so you can enjoy a quiet and atmospheric evening around an open fire toasting marshmallows.
We sell nets of dry seasoned wood and kindling, Free Range Eggs and Potatoes.
Nearby Attractions
Our nearest Tourist Attraction is "The Avon Dam" which is approx 15 min walk away
Eight mins away is the Village of Buckfastleigh which has a heated outdoor swimming pool, "Otter and Butterfly Centre" and South Devon Railway where you can catch the Steam train to the old Medieval market town of Totnes.
Paignton is a Fifteen minute drive from Totnes and has popular attractions including Paignton Zoo, Dartmouth Steam Railway and the Waterpark Splashdown. There is also a great park on the sea front for young children and a traditional pier to stroll down and lovely beach.
Torquay is well worth a visit, shopping centre and harbour, but also Living Coasts where you can walk amongst the penguins and experience close encounters with octopus, sting rays and much more.
Our Nearest Beach is Mothercombe Beach which is Dog Friendly and great for Kayaking. (20 mins away)
