Welcome to Waterpump CL, a Motorhome Adults Only site with additional accomodation, located in the meadow aside our beautiful 200+ year old cottage with sunset views across the fields.
Enjoy peace and quiet away from roads and neighbouring properties, with the River Alde at the far side of the meadow, there is plenty of wildlife to be spotted and enjoyed, deer, owls and otters to name but a few.
Our local village pub is just a 4 min stroll down a footpath direct from our site, other footpaths from the site lead to local villages, pubs and vineyard and the market town of Framlingham with its heritage castle.
Our large flat hardstanding pitches, perfect for Motorhomes, located in the former menage all have 16amp EHU and water on your pitch with uninterrupted views of the Suffolk countryside.
We also have two summer grass pitches both with EHU and water. Onsite we have a chemical waste disposal point, refuse and recycling point and visitor information board.

Located in Badingham off the A1120 tourist route, hidden down a track (passing place just before house), with access to footpaths and local to National cycle route 1.
Additional Accommodation
Waterpump Pod - a luxury ensuite pod for 2 in our meadow, with parking, EVC, own outside space and bbq gas grill. Waterpump Annex - 4 person, adults only annex, attached to our cottage with outdoor space and parking area. Comprising a downstairs kitchen and shower room, upstairs a large double bedroom and a twin room.
Nearby Attractions
Footpaths and pretty country lanes lead from the site to Framlingham, smaller villages, pubs, cafes and the local Vineyard. Maps and further information is available on our facebook page, via email or can be found on our visitor information board on site.
Our nearest and favourite town is Framlingham, a 10 minute drive or 1 hour 10 minute walk across the fields, a historical market town with shops, Tuesday and Saturday markets, restaurants, cafes and English Heritage Castle.
The railway station, just 20 minutes away is Wickham Market located in the village of Campsea Ashe with access to Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and London.
A 30 minute drive will take you to gorgeous Suffolk coastal towns and villages, such as the popular Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. Also half an hour away is the town of Woodbridge on the River Deben with shops, cinema and leisure centre.
