Take the A394 to Helston, avoiding the turning for Gweek and Constantine - your sat nav may try to take you this way, and it really isn't suitable for large vehicles.
When you reach the first roundabout at Helston, take the first left continuing on the A394 towards Lizard (A3083). Staying on the A394 cross two further roundabouts, then at the next roundabout take the second exit A3083 towards Lizard.
Continue on this road past RNAS Culdrose and turn left at the mini roundabout onto the B3293 signposted to St Keverne (Coverack).
Continue on the B3293 past Goonhilly Earth Station and turn right just before the Pace/Zoar garage.
Follow Trelever Rd and take the third turning on the left. Little Trevothan is 300 yards along on the right.
