Ty Newydd, Church Bay Cottages is situated just before The Lobster Pot restaurant, on the left hand side. 2 minutes from Church Bay Beach.
Exit the A55 at Junction 3, Signposted Valley (Not RAF Valley). At the traffic lights in Valley turn right, continue on the A5025 for exactly 6 miles, passing through the village of Llanfachraeth and turn left ½ mile past the Black Lion Pub following the sign for Church Bay / Porth Swtan. Continue on this road for 3 miles, then turn left, signposted Porth Swtan & Beach. We are the first property on the left just before The Lobster Pot Restaurant.

Seafood restaurant just opposite the site with an excellent reputation. A beautiful cafe 2 minutes walk by the beach for fabulous tea and cakes, and a pub 10 minutes walk away. Plus our very own Bay Bites van onsite open in the summer holidays for full cooked breakfasts, lunches, ice creams and much more. Open weekend evenings from May to early Sept. There are 5 Golf Courses on the island making our site an ideal location for a golfing break.
The site is ideally located for walking on the Anglesey Coastal Path.
