The Ria d'Etel is an authentic small « inland « gulf, with beautiful sceneries where sea, earth and sky conbine into tide everchanging scenic landscapes. The island of St Cado is the jewel of the ria dEtel with its part 12 th century chapel, its monumental calvary and its seaside fountain. And the not to be missed little house with blue shutters perched on the small ilot of Nichtarguer, a very popular postcard view you have propably already seen once. This picturesque listed site is very famous for ipainters, photographers, ramblers, birdwatchers, and for those who just want to relax and enjoy the local seafood and gastronomy, pulled here by the outstanding colours and romantic sunsets.
