The campsite is situated near Saint-Aulaye, located between the Charente, the Gironde and the Perigord, an ideal base to discover the surrounding area and its various activities : hiking trails in some of the the most beautiful forests of the Dordogne which stretch for over 55 000, visiting beautiful romanesque churchs.
By car : Take the motorway A89 (coming from Clermont-Ferrand and Perigueux) and the A10 (from Saintes or Paris). From Paris, leave the A10 at Poitiers and take the N10 direction Angouleme. La Dordogne Verte campsite is located on the D38.
By train : Saint-Aigulin station at 13km ( Angouleme/Bordeaux axis) and Montpon-Menestrol at 20km, (axis Perigueux/Bordeaux). Then a taxi to Saint-Aulaye.
