 Perfect site for a relaxing day. Spotlessly clean.
Huge plot allocation.
Toilet and shower facilities clean.
Tina checked in on us on arrival, very friendly.
Peaceful setting, wish we had booked for more than one night.
Definitely one to return to.
Cold water wash up area but didn’t need as used van.
Dog friendly too.
Good value at £22 including EHU

We thought as a certificated site it was stunning peace and quiet a plenty.
And with the added attraction of lakendheath American airbase with f35 in flight around area during the weekdays and in the mornings and late afternoons. Not so quiet but we loved it.
Went to watch f35 land at mapped viewing area at air base.
Facilities good and contact with owner faultless.

Lovely peaceful field but with all essential ammenities.
Clear and simple communications with them and a lovely night sleep had out under the stars.
Would definitely stay here again if travelling in the area

Had a great stay over the August Bank holiday. Campsite was relatively quiet, only a handful of camper vans, a couple of Touring cycle tents and a caravan.
Weather was extremely wet on and off, however the ground remained relatively dry, no flooding due to really good drainage.
Showers needed 20p coins, quite basic but functional and hot water so no complaints. Only 1 male and 1 female toilet, it’s wasn’t busy so no problem, may have to cross your legs if busy.
Really good local pubs with amazing food,
Overall a great stay.
Family of 4 adults and 16 year old.

The site is perfect.
Plenty of open spaces and the rental space for our rent was more then large it's was enough for our huge tent our car and still room to play and relax.
The shower system is very handy and cleaned continuously.
The toilets are very handy and easily accessible. Plenty of space to wash your pots and pans.
The cafe/shop on site was perfect very delicious food and not over priced.
The staff that run the whole site are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you love the outdoors and no city lights.
The animals you hear throughout the evening and nighttime are amazing. Loads to do around the area.
10stars is just not enough in my eyes.

Parked up here for a few nights and had a lot of space to pick our spot. We went to the edge of the field overlooking the forest and it was really peaceful.
The facilities were simple but just enough for our needs and clean.
We didn't meet the owner on site, we were left to oit own devises having been sent details via email on hownto use the site but it was all very straight forward. She was helpful when I requested by text somewhere local to eat and also a biking route in the area.
We would definitely park there again and use it as a base.
Next time however, we would take the bikes to another spot to go on a tour rather than trying to bike from there as we found it a little more tricky. But it is still a lovely area with easy access to get to places.
We particularly enjoyed the lynford lake for some wild swimming. Would have been easy to drive to but we decided to bike. Not too far by bike to be fair.

Great campsite with plenty of open space to choose a plot from.
Toilets and showers on site.
Little cafe opens daily with friendly owner making nice and affordable food.
No issues getting in or out, nice easy and pleasant stay

Big pitches and was able to chose my favourite pitch.
Facilities clean.
Great to have the on site cafe back. That is a definite bonus.
Near to Oxburgh Hall and near to Thetford Forest.

Brilliant! Clean campsite surrounded by woods.
Exactly what we wanted. The children loved it.
The toilets were good. We weren't close to anything really but we didn't want to be.
We felt close to nature and surrounded by nature.
Just loved it. The cafe was actually open on Saturday!
I'll be returning to give that a go.

We were staying in a group and there was plenty of space for us to use as well as put up our event shelters.
The surrounding forest was brilliant for walking our dogs in the hot weather. Facilities were good and the bacon roll we had for breakfast was delicious!
There were a lot of ants but not sure much can be done about that, just unlucky with our spot.

Lovely site with easy access to woodland walks.
Café on site offers delicious breakfast!
Booked separately but joining a group who had already booked, was added to the group booking with no problem.

A lovely campsite. Plenty of space so no overcrowding, A perfect location for walking and cycling in the forest.
Also, a relaxing place just to spend hours watching the birds and wildlife.
The dawn chorus needs to be heard, just like all the bands singing in Band Aid, harmonising then ending with the pheasant and closing with the sounds of the cuckoo!
Excellent facilities which are cleaned and refilled daily

Facilities were clean and well maintained. There is plenty of room to find your ideal spot, whether that be a secluded corner or near the facilities.
The campsite is surrounded by trees and hedgerows so there is always somewhere sheltered from wind.
There is a cafe on site but only open during the summer months. There are good pubs and restaurants nearby accessible by car.
The owner lives nearby and is very helpful with any queries you have during your stay.
Remember to bring 20p coins for the shower!
