 A lovely quiet secluded site, on a farm, a couple of minutes walk from the Menai Strait. The footbridge into Caernarfon is ~15 minutes along the waters edge.
The facilities are clean and tidy with plenty of hot water.
Booked for one night stayed two. Grace was very helpful, with booking, allocating our pitch and local knowledge.

Great location, especially if you have some cycles.
One way into Caernarfon (you MUST go to Fabian bakery) or left along the coast to Caernarfon airport.
We had a standard grass pitch, we were very sheltered by the huge hedge,
Site and facilities were totally spotless,
Easy driving access,
Welcomed as we arrived ( just needed to visit the office and press the bell), the host was great and we camped with great views of the Strait.

Lovely site we had a grass pitch on our own away from the main site with EHU by the big hay barn.
Easy walk to the castle and the town with bars and restaurants etc.

The stay started with a wonderful welcome, tour and a full explanation of the systems in place.
The site is extremely well equipped, the showers were piping hot with tremendous water pressure, the ablutions clean and close to the pitches.
The location is ideal, a short walk into town alongside the shoreline.
I really can’t fault the stay and will look to return in the summer.

What an amazing find! We had a non-electric park up on the field overlooking the Menai Strait.
£30 a night.
Lovely, genuine owner who chatted like we were old friends. Everything was spot on.
Short walk into Caernarfon which was a cracking place to spend a sunny night out.

Glanllyn is situated on the shore of Lake Bala in Wales. 16 acres of natural parkland and spectacular views of nearby hills and mountains make it an idyllic spot to pitch a caravan, motorhome, tent or campervan with level grass or hardstanding pitches. For water sports enthusiasts there is a private shingle beach with easy launching area for windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. The site is perfectly located for walking into Caernarfon. The site facilities were clean with good showers.
We had a standalone pitch, which was perfect with lovely views over the sea to Anglesey, the standard pitches looked a little cramped, so we were pleased to get the pitch we did.
The site is a working farm, which we knew before we arrived, but the owner still apologised for the disturbance of bringing in the hay bales, the owner is friendly and happy to offer ideas for places to visit in the area.
We would visit this site again.

Lovely clean site with in the countryside, owners very welcoming.
The showers / toilets were spotless.
Our pitch had a lovely view

My first visit to this site, but definitely not my last! Booked in and shown around by the lady of the house who was friendly and flexible with the available pitches.
I pitched on the field with no ehu looking at the water. The view was great and the bird chorus was nice to hear.
A little surprised there wasn’t a sit down toilet in the male side facilities, but the place was very clean and the shower nice and hot.
It helped to have lovely sunny days, I had a really good break and I’m looking forward to the next time.

The site was in a lovely location and very well kept. Walking distance to Caernarfon. Wonderful views of Anglesey.
We were given a choice of pitches. Facilities were spotless. Very friendly reception.
Would definitely return.
