Was fishing nearby Grafham water. Campsite is basic but nice. Had a pleasant stay.
Facilities are more than adequate and clean. Pluses: has fridges available for free use. Electric hook up available but limited (not used)
If required there is a washing machine available by appointment and for a fee.
Minus: doesn't have a shop but there is a small general shop in the next village a short drive away.
I will be going back at some point.
I have given a 10/10 for an overall rating as wanted to give 9. 5/10.

We all enjoyed the open field and the spacing in between plots.
The site clean and tidy and all the facilities we always accessible, clean and well maintained throughout.
It was easy to organize such things as the fire pit/BBQ which was promptly delivered and collected.
The owners were always accommodating and friendly.
The Pub was handy across the road and Kimbolton grocery shop just up the road.
This is only our second year staying here but we would be glad to stay here again and recommend to friends.

Very relaxed campsite, hosts were very helpful,
Will definitely return for another visit,
Didn't get a fire pit but feel we missed out on that after watching others sat round them,
Nice hot showers

Nice large camping field in peaceful location but sadly spoiled by a fairly unpleasant site owner and poorly maintained toilets and showers.
Good Pub opposite and convenience store in Kimbolton, good walks around the village.

Roomy site with plenty of space. Showers and toilet facilities 6/10 for cleanliness.
Enjoyed our family group stay but won’t be returning due to attitude of owner who was quite abrasive and rude during booking process and during our stay.
Had a lovely Sunday lunch at the White Horse pub opposite.

Lovely campsite. Perfect location for visiting Grafham Water Centre for their activities.
Carl and Fiona were so welcoming and accommodating.
The facilities were all clean. It was so useful having a fridge too.
An added extra was the 7 gorgeous puppies!

This is an excellent site in many ways, it's relaxing, has very spacious pitches with electric hook up,
The toilet block is spotless and the owners very friendly.
Our children have always been pleased to visit as there are always horses to look at.
Highly recommended.

We booked a tent non electric pitch for two nights. This place is so peaceful and basic which is what we like with minimum light pollution,
We paid for fire logs and you get a lot of wood for your money,
The facilities were adequate and clean just what to expect on a lovely chilled site like this,
The owners Carl and Fiona were very friendly and welcoming, and the pub over the road do nice food, you can walk through the fields to the woods from the site,
There is a convenient store a couple of minutes drive for essentials if needed.
What is not to like will definitely return

Finally managed to get there after last years COVID closures. Owners very helpful with rearranging. Easy check in,
Very quiet, field flat. Large well maintained pitches. Plenty of toilets / showers etc. Had beautiful weather but little shade on the field.
Kites ( the feathered kind) flew regularly over the field and sat in the trees sunning themselves early morning. Also kestrels hunting on the field.
Great site if you want to get away from it all.
The white horse over the road from the site served up a fantastic meal. Not open Monday Tuesday!
