We have just spent a week at Mount View, My mother stayed in The Cabin, she has mobility issues and the Cabin was perfect.
Myself, my wife Kerry & Fudge our rescue dog stayed in the The Lodge (the static caravan opposite the Cabin) very clean, with great equipment (but a microwave & fridge with freeze compartment would be my only addition).
We have stayed before at this site, the previous owners Julie was nice, Karl well. Ok.
The NEW OWNERS Helen and John are lovely people, nothing is too much trouble. They go over and above. They also have a dedicated secure dog walking field where you can let your dogs have a run off the leads. 5 to 10 minutes to the lovely port of Amlwch where there's a great pub and chippy and you can fish off the break wall, where the locals fish. Conger, Bass, Pollock etc
I would defo recommend this site, you not be disappointed

There is nothing to dislike about this site at all.
Fiona the manager is both friendly and professional and keeps all of the facilities in perfect condition.
The view is lovely and this is a very peaceful site which is necessary after 3 weeks of travelling.
I would highly recommend.

Unable to camp here in April as the weather was atrocious and we were told we wouldn’t be able to get off the site if we got on it, we delayed until October when it was very windy and the ground was wet but manageable.
An easily walkable distance to Amlwch Port which we wanted to explore, and not a lot further into Amlwch itself.
This is a small friendly site with spotless facilities, some of which are open 24 hours the others close at 7pm. We did have a problem with the 24 hour shower door which was impossible to lock, so rendered useless. We discovered that the owners were already aware of the problem.
The countryside around here is lovely and we hope to be back to explore further afield.

Adult only, lovely views, nice walk to the coastal path.
Owner bit too worried about his grass.
A bit tight for hitching and unhitching.
Overall I would come here again.

A beautifully kept small site within easy walking distance of Almwch Port.
The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking with the Wales Coast Path nearby.
This adult only site is peaceful with just sounds of some sheep and a couple of ponies in the adjoining field.
Karl and Julie were very helpful and we enjoyed the eggs supplied by their free range chickens!
It is easy to reach the NT house Plas Newydd, the Menai bridge and a pretty drive to Beaumaris castle.
A very relaxing spot!

Excellent site run by a couple who care.
Karl & Julie run an amazing site,
The facilities are spotless,
The pitch is flat with water and ehu.
Karl even drove us to the top of the copper mountain so that we only had to walk down.
Well done brilliant.
