Great site, very clean and in a good location. Only 10 minute walk into town.

Only niggle is so many motorhomes connecting their personal water pipes to the shared water taps. It's not a serviced pitch. The wardens should stop this

When we arrived we were met by a very friendly guy, who had a map of Ross on Wye and shown us to our pitch, we did not have a choice of pitch but were near the entrance which suited us.

Very clean and tidy site.

Short walk into Ross and Morrisons very close.

Would definitely recommend.

This site was recommended to us and as we like to try new sites we thought we'd give it a go.

Yes, you travel through an industrial site but don't let that put you off.

Its a really lovely site, very spacious and caravans not on top of each other.

Within walking distance of Ross on Wye town centre and there's a Morrisons nearby.

The gentleman who met us was very friendly and everything was spotless.

Yes we would definitely return

We stayed here during the recent heatwave and boy was it hot! 33. 1 degrees on the Saturday, hottest in the whole of England! We didn't book that.

Great communication from the site, right from the point of our original booking. Reasonably priced too, compared to some 'club sites'. The site was a bit of a pain to find - site info says NOT to follow Sat Nav but to follow brown caravan signs instead. We found these a bit confusing as none of them mentioned Broadmeadow?

Anyway, once we navigated our way through part of the town and the industrial estate we arrived to a very warm welcome from the warden who showed us to our pitch. Decent size, flat, level pitch and EHU and water very close by, as were one of the facilities blocks. This was very clean at all times and we never had to queue. Site wasn't packed full but still pretty busy with it being a weekend. Lots of seasonals on site, who kind of took over with friends and family visiting over the weekend.

Indoor washing up area and bins/recycling all at facilities point.

Easy walk to Morrisons supermarket (5 mins), although we actually preferred the Aldi in town (another 5 mins on). Lovely, friendly town and lots of walks along the river, through the parks and up through the town. Town is full of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, although they have a Wetherspoons (bonus as it seemed to be the only place with air con that was much needed!). We had a pint in the Royal Hotel, sat in the garden terrace, overlooking the River Wye but it was far too hot to sit out and eat there sadly, as the food did look good. We picked up a Chinese takeaway one evening (Dragon House?), which was good.

Due to the heat we spent a lot of time on site, sat around under our shade. There are 2 fishing lakes on site, which we walked around one evening once it got cooler.

All in all, a lovely first visit here and likely it won't be our last.

Very well organised and clean site. Good facilities.

Close to centre of Ross on Wye.

Reception staff could be a bit more forthcoming and offer maps, local info etc, without having to be asked.

Reasonable price for this year.

The site has benefitted from the new ownership with the facilities spotless well maintained.

The staff are excellent even taking our towels in when off site as it began to rain.

Pitches well spaced out and level, good freeview/sat reception 16 amp ehu lots of water points.

Well within walking distance to the town of Ross on Wye with a large morrisons at the entrance to the site.

Good size dog walking area fishing available on site with appropriate licence

Fabulous site, spotlessly clean and well kept. 2 modern toilet/shower blocks.

Plenty of space for dog walking.

Morrisons supermarket 5 min walk as is the town.

Bit tricky to find the site as it’s through an industrial estate and the signage is a bit sparse.

The site on arrival we were met and showed to our pitch by a warden

Although the recent weather had been horrendous we had a reasonably dry pitch until it rained again and it was then like a bog sadly, but we can only commended the site staff who were on hand to assist everyone

The shower and toilet facilities were excellent always clean and tidy

Good electrics and an easy walk to town

Never stayed here before but it was recommended by a friend. When you arrive at Ross don’t be put off by the approach to the site its through an industrial area but when you arrive at the site its like a different world.

The whole site is well kept and clean not a scrap of litter to be seen. We were met by the site warden who was very friendly and helpful he showed us to our pitch.

The pitch was more than big enough for our Motorhome plenty of room. The hook up point has its own water supply.

The toilets and shower block is immaculately clean and in excellent condition and the showers are hot and free.

There is a mixture of seasonal and tourers on the site. It was so quiet and peaceful at night.

The site is a short walk to Morrisons and the lovely town of Ross.

I would highly recommend this site and we would definitely return.

Lovely site we had a nice pitch overlooking the lake which was lovely.

The showers etc were really clean.

Just a few minutes walk into town with independent shops.

A lovely walk through the park to the Hope and Anchor pub on the river which was worth the walk.

Saturday and Sunday a van arrived serving breakfast which my husband tried and he said it was really good and it looked good.

All in all a lovely few days away 😎

Well laid out, spacious large site. Excellent facility blocks (2), although warm showers and dish-washing water could be a bit hotter!

Helpful staff, nice dog walking area, and well appointed good sized pitches. Morrisons, Aldi and Sainsbury's within walking distance with all town amenities just a bit further.

Site is well signposted from the A40.

A little pricey at £36 per night though!

A very well maintained site, friendly staff.

The toilet blocks are very clean as are the dish washing facilities.

There's a dog walking area around the lake which offers free fishing!

There's a light and water on each electric hook up and grey waste points also. An area of natural beauty!

Would definitely recommend

Despite the entrance being at the end of a commercial area, it was located only a short walk into town which offered a supermarket and a limited range of other shops.

There was no on site shop for basic essentials.

The site was very open and although they guided you to a plot, there didn’t appear to be any markings to indicate where one plot finished and the next one started.

The site did offer an area for dog walking.
