Lovely location on bank of River Tay, 5-10 minute walk into Aberfeldy where there is an abundance of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Ideal location for Munro baggers and Rob Roy Way walkers.

Site is well kept, and facilities were very clean.

Pitches are very small, an area of stone chips sufficient for vehicle only, then grass which I expect could quickly get muddy when wet. Pitches very close together.

Expensive - for £40 (not including electric) I would expect a serviced pitch. Electric is via Elecup (an on-line system for which you must set up an account) which I think is very good, your account is only debited for what you use.

Having booked a pitch and paid on-line there is no need to check in, simply drive in and find your pitch number. Would obviously save queueing at busy times.

 Amazing short break away,

The only thing I would say it needs more than the 1 toilet at the second part and more dishwasher bits,

Defo looking into buying a caravan and keeping it in your site,

Great location. Walkable along the beautiful river into town. Facilities clean and modern.

Friendly reception staff. Well maintained pitches. Electric requires card and deposit which is a slight hassle (given fairly expensive site fees).

Pitches all very close together and when busy in high season was almost claustrophobic. Plenty permanent pitches.

Quite a lively site.

Overall - great for families with kids - perhaps not ideal for peace and quiet.

Excellent location to walk into Aberfeldy, which has quite a few shops, pubs, cafes etc.

Interesting bus route into Pitlochry, which is a very picturesque tourist town.

Had a good meal in the Schiehallion hotel/pub in Aberfeldy

Toilet/showers ok, push button shower!

Electric supplied with a card (£10 deposit, used less than couple of pounds in 2 nights), don’t really like that use of cards.

Quite a bit of road noise at pitches alongside road, quiet during the night but started up around 6am.

I've been here a few times, so that tells you something. With some changes it could be very good and at the same time there are very poor features.

Good things: Great location for exploring the area, short walk to lovely town, good dog walk on golf course next to site, good toilet/shower facilities.

Poor things: £3 charge per night for dogs but there are no dog facilities or walk area on site, very busy and cramped high season, noisy main road, extremely noisy Perthshire Works Dep't from early hours next door. Electricity is charged as extra (we were £2 per night) using a stupid card system which requires a deposit. It's expensive but is run by a money making hospitality company with little thought for detail.

Staff are friendly and are not to blame for shortcomings. I have emailed three times asking for a reason for the £3 charge for dogs and have yet to receive a response.

 Friendly staff, clean facilities.

Quite a big park, so lots of hustle and bustle. Handy for the town. Fine for an over night stay.

Not sure I would stay much longer, as it is lacking in open space.

Great Caravan Park. Well spaced out with a great little park for the children. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Toilet facilities clean and well serviced. Location is very picturesque too on the bank of the river and a nice short walk to Aberfeldy.

Overall happy with the pricing of this caravan park and we have already booked to return.

 Nice location close to town.

Toilets and showers nice and clean. Asked to change pitch to hard standing as raining hard.

Would advise that all motorhome be put on hardstanding if possible as 2 outfits needed help to get off pitch with a lot of grass churned up.
