 Absolutely stunning campsite, close to most of the main tourist towns,
Staff super friendly, and the views can only be described as out this world stunning, watching the sun set over the Atlantic from our caravan window, beautiful.

Reception and pitch up rules in keeping with the universal CMC brand. Wardens were friendly, helpful and especially prompt on toilet closing time for cleaning. Facilities clean and warm with hot water.
What makes this site standout is the amazing location and views. Most pitches are positioned to provide a view, albeit some better than others. The down side is exposure to the elements. We were there when there was gale force winds and torrential rain. In the middle of the night the van rocked and the rain on the roof was deafening. It was scarey but we live to tell the tale!
Access to the coastal path Tintagel to the left, Boscastle to the right is a huge benefit. However, these paths are challenging in places especially in bad weather so caution is required. If you prefer a bus, the service stops outside this site but not on a Sunday. So make sure you are stocked up as there are no provisions on site. However, food vans do visit some nights.
If it wasn't for the narrow lanes with unkept hedges that scratch the windows and side of the van, we would return to this site for the views and coastal walk.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the parking mock up using children's automobiles was hilarious,
Sea view pitches are amazing and the shower and toilet facilities well managed,

Fantastic location with awesome sea views.
Immaculate site with a friendly welcome.
Number 95 Bus stops at site entrance and runs approx every 2 hours.
Coast path runs past the site.

Good Evening
My review of Trewethett Farm
Dwellings Campers, tents, MH etc
We booked for 1 night and here is a strict 1pm checkin time no earlier “yes we tried”
Checkin was awesome as we were a full month early this is what happens when I’m left alone booking sites with Merlot, warden was awesome and gave us a choice of pitches and to be fare all are
The SWCP is 20ft from site so plenty of walks to be had
Dog field was fantastic
Now the field where we were had super posh toilet and showers in a sort of porta style, see pictures the washing up area here was useless as it had no cover over it and that’s fine when Bob is singing sun is shining but when it’s raining as much use as a chocolate fire guard
Now the main block is old school but sparkling clean and nice
The best part of this site are the views never had a site like it already booked for next year for a week

Tregarton Park, Mevagissey
With sea and countryside views, Tregarton Park is ideal for couples or families with younger children, given its relaxed seclusion and proximity to so many of Cornwall's fine safe sandy beaches. Large grass and hardstanding pitches with electric, divided by hedging and shrubs, perfect for tents and tourers. No statics! Superb toilet and shower block with large glass shower cubicles operated by motion sensors with ceiling mounted shower heads, laundry room, baby changing station.
This peaceful park is home to an outdoor heated swimming pool with waiter service, tennis court, adventure playground, outdoor football table, table tennis, pool table, large shop and take away service. FREE WiFi, dog walking meadow. Pentewan Beach is just five minutes away! Find out more here

Great views from most pitches, but your need the weather to really make it special, sadly we didn’t it was either raining or windy but what do you expect early April in the UK.
Site is very well organised and looked after by the staff on site and facilities were spotless.
To get around I would suggest transport is required as Tintagel and Boscastle are accessed via the distal path, but it was impassable in some points due to the weather, so transport needed.
If cycling make sure its electric unless you are Sir Chris Hoy, especially if going to Boscastle as the way back is all uphill and what hills.

Fantastic location with views out over the sea from most pitches. Friendly, helpful and efficient wardens.
Most hardstanding pitches are spaced out, being separated by grass strips.
Main toilet/shower block was clean and warm with hot water. It's not brand new but still in good condition. There is another block near the camping area which is portacabins-type, not such good condition as the main block, but clean.
Beware if staying here in westerly high winds as you are right on the coast in an elevated position which means you are quite exposed.
Would definitely recommend visiting, will be returning.

A great site situated right on the South West Coast path, with views over the bay. If you are lucky you can have a front row view of the fantastic scenery.
The site itself has the usual standard of showers and toilets that you get at a Camping and Motorhome site. If you arrive at 1pm, you get to be involved in a wander around the site and claim your pitch game the wardens have created. I'm sure there may be a better way of allocating pitches.
There are also notices every where asking you not to move pitches without permission. I guess longer stayers may want front pitches.
Other than that it is all well run and you can walk to Boscastle or Tintagel if you are fit. There is also a walk to St Nectans Waterfall opposite which is worth the walk. You have to pay but there is a lovely waterfall and tea shop.

Trewethett adheres to the high standards set by the CAMC for all sites - but the attraction for this site is the location and the stunning views, sunrise and sunset
