 Nice site, only spoilt by the fact we had the people next to us that were staying for one night, so a lot of noise early on.
Also no footpaths to pubs. Not that was a site issue

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnydale. It is a lovely, clean and well kept site. The facilities are very good and plenty of them. There's a nice little dog walk or you can walk to the local pubs.
Some nice things to do in the area. We went to the Abbey, harbour and beach which were all within a short driving distance. Shops are nearby too.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Even refunded me for a mistake I had made on the booking.
Would definitely recommend Sunnydale and we will be staying there again.

Very pleased with site and services and very friendly.
Would definitely stay again in the summer and after returning from our ferry trips.

A friendly, well run site. Located near to Southampton water and the old, historic shore villages.
The site is near a road so, if you are near to the site facilities and you are under canvas, will hear road noise at night.

Very spacious pitches with own tap, waste drain and of course electric hook up. Staff very helpful and friendly and help you back your unit onto pitch on arrival.
Toilets and showers very clean as is the area with the bins and Elsan point.
Showers are OK but the jets of water don't squirt out very far so to wash your hair you have to stand very close to back wall where the shower comes out.
Busy road to exit onto but otherwise a nice campsite.

Lovely site
Weak WiFi available
I would prefer male staff not to clean the cubicles either side of me when he had seen me enter the toilet (no warnings)
Close walk to train station 1/2 mile
£45 a night for medium size van and awning not sure if that’s expensive but I felt it was

It was a bit dear but was fine to camp.
My tent was 1 mtr x 3 approx. It was £90 for 3 nights. I attended the boat show.
I would have stayed another 3 nights but for cost. I moved to a Parkdean site. £58 for 3 nights with full facilities, swimming pools, restaurants, a shop, arcade and evening entertainment.

Had a great time here, were able to book in late in the evening which suited us.
Campsite clean and tidy, very helpful staff. Really good area for us as we cycle so convenient spot for discovering the area.
Netley Abbey is an amazing ruin which was very close by and worth a visit.
We also used the local Chinese who delivered to the campsite.
Would visit here again.

A great and clean and friendly camping site. Steve and his partner are perfectly looking after the place and know, what campers needs are.
Facilities are super clean, the showers give hot water without delay, all needs are satisfied.
A pub is located just down the road, a beach is 1 mile away and so are local shops.

This is a lovely site central to many of the places to visit, such as Netley with its beautiful park, and Hamble, which is a must go to place on the river.
The site is ncely laid out with all the amenities required which were kept spotless.
Wardens were friendly and very helpful and sympathetic when our caravan brakes seized on site and because of which we where 4 hrs late leaving site.
Top marks to everyone and we will be visiting again.

A nice site. Plenty of space on the pitches.
Close to public transport. Not too far from local pubs.
Well worth a visit and probably good for cross-channel ferries.

Very clean and tidy campsite and toilets and showers facility.
Only 2 toilet cubicles available due to covid distancing closure of a few other cubicles so beware if you're desperate.
Short drive away from the supermarkets.
The place might do well with a small park with slides, swings etc for families with smaller children as seen in other campsites.
Not been given a map of what's available on site so we had to find out ourselves what's available and where things are. It's not a big site but it's still good to have a map of where things are.
All in all it's a clean and tidy camp site.

Good clean site. Toilet/shower block was also very clean.
There is a sign telling you the campsite is 1/4 mile away but there is so much foliage which needs cutting back that you don't realise where the entrance is until you're on top of it which isn't ideal when towing a 7m caravan with a load of traffic behind you.
They could also do with either a larger sign at the entrance or one on the opposite side of the road so that it's very obvious where the entrance is. I mentioned this to the lady at checkin and she just laughed! This didn't amuse me.
There is a security barrier which has ANPR.

Good clean site, a little annoying that you can't leave a dog in your van but I suppose they have the animals interest at heart,
Shame it has a road that people seem to use as a racetrack right outside
