Very clean and friendly site, within easy reach of Longridge and Clitheroe.
Plenty of eating places nearby and good range of takeaway options.
The road adjoining the site is quite busy, but didn't cause any problems.

A lovely campsite. Very quiet at the moment which suits us.
There is a main road just beside the site but you can hardly hear the traffic.
Toilet and showers are kept clean.
No other facilities at the site but that doesn’t bother us. I wasn’t sure the 10 amps would be able to accommodate the air fryer but it’s been absolutely fine.
There is a nice pub just half a mile away down the hill.
Not sure I would walk to it as hedges are very overgrown over the pavement. It’s a very fast road.
I don’t think it suits families with teens as there is nothing to do on the site.

Would definitely return back to this campsite,
Host so friendly
Even though the site was busy with it being Easter weekend, we liked it that much that we asked to stay another night.
Great views from the site and the facilities were great and very clean.
Ribchester is great to walk to from the site with a couple of lovely bars and Roman museum which was worth the visit.

Came across this site by chance just googling. Bloody glad we did. What a campsite.
Catherine and john were lovely very helpful.
The actual site what can I say the best kept site I have been on and we have been on a few over the years.
Excellent facilities and all spotlessly clean.
The ground are beautiful my wife had a good chat with john about the lovely flowers that are growing around the site.
This will be a regular for us now as it's only 40 mins from home.

What a great site this is, friendly owners who are happy to help and advise on the local area.
The facilities are clean and to a very good standard.
The dog walk that has been created through the small wooded area is absolutely fantastic, poop bins along the way, we had good weather during our stay so was great to be able to take our small pooch through shaded woods to keep cool which he loved, lots of sniffing to be had.
Highly recommend staying here whether you are local or from afar, a great piece of countryside right on our doorstep.

Excellent site. This is our 4th visit this year.
Friendly and welcoming upon arrival.
Clean facilities which are checked and refreshed regularly.
Lovely woodland to walk around. The grounds are kept in an excellent condition.
Close enough to all amenities but far enough to feel you're on holiday.
Highly recommend this site. 😊

Managed to get on Dale Hey for Easter last minute due to someone cancelling.
What a fantastic site, immaculate grounds, greatfacilities, very helpful owners, lovely location and very easy access, set just back from a B road
Dog walk in woods on site, set in 12 acres. Short 10 minute downhill stroll into Ribchester village, bus stops right outside too but they do stop around 8.
Had drinks in Black Bull, and a lovely meal at the White Bull.
Owners Cath and John ? and Tom always on the go to keep the site spotless.
Would definitely recommend Dale Hey 💯👌

Our first visit to this site, very easy to find with clear access. A friendly & informative welcome with minimum fuss. Hard standing pitches with good water drainage.
A quiet site with clean, well maintained facilities. Plenty of room to walk within the woods adjacent to the site which are exceptional.
The local Roman Museum in Ribchester is well worth visiting, a veritable gem. There are also several excellent local eateries close in the village.
We will return, an excellent campsite.

What a welcome I received when I arrived at Dale hey farm Catherine & John made me feel so welcome.
The site has Beautiful well kept gardens with lots of farm yard memorabilia scattered amongst the flower beds Also the woodland dog walking area is a bonus for dog owners.
The Ribble valley View from this site is beautiful.
