Have been to this campsite about six times now, it’s a working farm which is the charm of it, forget the odd negative review from people that don’t understand it’s a camping experience, no negatives at this site,
Annwen and her team run a beautiful spotless campsite, toilets and showers cleaned maybe twice a day by the looks of it,
One old couple gave negative remark (and I’m 69 years of age) about only seeing one seal 😂, I’ve seen on many occasions a whole family, maybe annwen and her family should put on fake seal costumes and bask on the rocks just to please these people,
Lovely place to stay,
They have a small play area with small football pitch that the kids play on til late but everyone seems to respect annwen policy of please keep the noise down after 11 pm,
Honestly can’t fault it and in my 40 odd years of camping in a trailer tent with family this ranks as one of the best I’ve been to,
Surrounding areas amazing….

Nice flat field to pitch the tent with electric hook up.
The showers toilets were good, but you need to remember to take 50p with you.
Campsite is on a farm with a 3/4 mile walk to a shingle beach.
Small playground for the children.
Only thing I could pick at was WiFi on the camping field was none existent.

Really dissapointed, we were so looking forward to our stay at this site.
£35 per night for 2 adults & 1 dog was expensive considering the toilets weren't cleaned the whole time we were there & 50p for a shower which we didn't use as a fellow camper told me their coin kept sticking. We have stayed at much nicer sites in the area.
The walk to the coastal path took at least 20 minutes down a private track where we saw one seal. Not the fault of the camp site but one of the main reasons we stayed.
Positives the pitches are large & flat but we certainly would not return

Campsite was clean, tidy and had plenty of space. It is a working farm but you wouldn't know it, it was quiet.
Really pleasant walk through the farmland down to the beach were seels come to see you.
There's no shop on the site but there's at least 4 quite local ( avoid cost cutter at the Esso filling station. We called in once and found the staff there rude, abrupt and ignorant. )
Really nice area and everyone else was nice and welcoming

Amazing campsite! We had such a wonderful week. The pitch was the perfect size, plenty of room between pitches.
The toilets seemed to be cleaned often and the family washroom was an added bonus for us as we have 2 young kids.
My 6 year old really enjoyed having the big field in front of the caravan- he had hours of fun playing cricket, football and running around!
The beach is a 20 minute walk but it was a beautiful spot to go to after tea which we did every day. Even saw some seals bobbing about in the sea.
Plenty of other sandy beaches nearby. We also visited gypsy wood park which was about 40 mins away. It was very cute!
We will return to this campsite x

We just LOVE this site! Owners are super friendly and happy to help if anything of needed. Great pitches with a hard standing for either a car or caravan/ camper.
All pitches have elec and water.
Showers and toilets are regularly cleaned. Facilities are perfect, for a site of this size.
Great play area and one of our favourite bit of this site is in the tent field there are NO pitches in the middle of the field and only pitches around the edges. Gives a great feeling of space and a wonderful big field to play on.
Great and perfect location for all the wonderful beaches around locally and the pebbled beach just a walk from the site is beautiful with seals regularly bobbing their heads above the water.

Top marks for the best site we have visited. Facilities were great. 50p bought you over 7mins of hot shower water.
Area was very clean and tidy. Annwin, the owner was very helpful and was available any time for problems.
A short walk down to the cove on the same property, you can see all the seals sunbathing and swimming.
Site was very flat and level.
Will definitely return sometime in the future
