 The site is well kept and easy access from A47 or A17.
Maxine gives a warm friendly welcome.
There is lots to do all around with quiet walks and bike rides from the site. A quiet bike ride into Kings Lynn from the site.
Wed9nt have a family so can't comment on such aspects.
We've been here regularly and always enjoy the site and the whole area

Peaceful place to stay with a lovely lady who welcomed us on her birthday to boot, hope you had a great Indian meal

From first enquiry we were dealt with very professionally,
A very clean well presented site,
We were made welcome, and will come back in the future,
Although close to A47 road noise was not a problem,
Only 1 toilet and shower but that should be enough for a site of this size, and was very clean.

Lovely site, well laid out, very dog friendly as there is a secure fence all round, plus a good sized doggy field.
Owner is very helpful, chatty and informative.
Can walk out onto the very quiet lane and many green lanes all round. At £16 a night is very good value and well worth a visit.
Easy access from main roads.
A suitable loo/shower room kept clean and tidy.

Excellent small site and just what we’d hoped it would be.
Fully serviced, tidy, clean and friendly, well managed, very large pitch.
Well placed for touring Norfolk. Just off the A47 but any background noise wasn’t at all intrusive.
Would I recommend- most definitely ✔️

Absolutely brilliant, can't fault it at all. Short grass, hardstanding, toilet /shower faultless.
It's in the old school toilets. Owners lovely, have time to chat and are a mine of information.
Beautiful outlook across paddock to the church.
They even supply long lengths of rigid waste pipe for waste water. Excellent!

Good pleasant site with a friendly owner.
Clean shower and toilet. £15 per night inc EHU.
Local area doesn’t have lots and site suffers from a fair bit of road noise.
We went canoeing from Upwell. Ate at the Woolpack which was ok but wouldn’t really recommend. Also ate at the Barn which was a lovely building and great food. Both were about a mile from site.
Cycled into Kings Lynn and onto Sandringham.

Everything about the site is probably as good as one could get.
The dog exercise field is fully fenced and of good size, the facilities are clean and spacious.
The hosts are very helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week there and look forward to returning soon.
