Absolutely brilliant, can't fault it at all. Short grass, hardstanding, toilet /shower faultless.
It's in the old school toilets. Owners lovely, have time to chat and are a mine of information.
Beautiful outlook across paddock to the church.
They even supply long lengths of rigid waste pipe for waste water. Excellent!

Good pleasant site with a friendly owner.
Clean shower and toilet. £15 per night inc EHU.
Local area doesn’t have lots and site suffers from a fair bit of road noise.
We went canoeing from Upwell. Ate at the Woolpack which was ok but wouldn’t really recommend. Also ate at the Barn which was a lovely building and great food. Both were about a mile from site.
Cycled into Kings Lynn and onto Sandringham.

Everything about the site is probably as good as one could get.
The dog exercise field is fully fenced and of good size, the facilities are clean and spacious.
The hosts are very helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week there and look forward to returning soon.

Lovely little site well kept grass and toilet/shower room very clean
Owner was nice and friendly with good ideas of what to see in the area.
A fully fenced dog exercise field was also a safe haven to let them of the lead

We love this site in fact we never want to leave
The owner Maxine is so lovely she is always ready to help you if she can but she isn't in your face
The site is well kept
You have some working pitches with your own water tap
The grass is kept nice and short
There are shops not far. you can drive into kings Lynn where there is two supermarkets/ Argos, so you have everything on site
You have a toilet & shower its always kept clean
The site is absolutely lovely and so is Maxine, she gets booked very quickly so you need to book way in advance, so that tells you what a lovely site it is

What an excellent site, superb location with lovely view of church,
And within a mile walk into the village with shops and pub
Nice flat grassed field as well as a large hardstanding area for larger units or for when the weather is a bit inclement and the ground is soft
Extremely pleasant owner who is very helpful and accommodating.
Usual CDP and water taps and well cared for shower/ toilet room, no charge for shower
Site also benefits for EHU for those that want it
All in all a super little site that we will be returning to

I have to say this is our first visit and it won't be our last. This site is a little gem of a site. The owner Max she is lovely and very helpful nothing is to much bother for her. The site is immaculate. There is a shower that is lovely and hot. A toilet. Everything is so clean. You have little village shops. You are not far from Kings Lynn, Norwich. There is quite a lot to do. Its a haven. Thank you Max. We will return without a doubt and again thank you for the lovely stay.

A fabulous campsite, Max accommodated myself and my Flyball team with all our dogs. The campsite is in a great location to explore local sights for days out. It is peaceful and quiet. Max was very accommodating to any special requests and was able to give us access to the field to exercise our dogs on an evening. The shower and toilet block are clean and tidy with the added bonus of a free shower! The local village has everything you need from shop, chip shop to great meals at the Woolpack pub! There are no unseen added extras on this site, highly recommend it and we hope to be back.
