 A smallish touring/camping area situated next to, but not affected by, static holiday homes which in turn is next to a very interesting ECO village which welcomes visitors wandering around it and whose residents enjoy chatting about their home.
The site is well maintained and the facility block consists of individual shower, toilet, and handbasin units several of which can be hired for your exclusive use.
The site is a great base for exploring the Moray firth coast, from Fort George in the west to Fraserburgh to the east. Findhorn village is a 15min walk away and has several good eateries and lovely shoreline walks.

Clean flat site with hardstand and EHU. Part of an ECO complex which has shopping, Pizza and café facilities; so within easy walking distance of the site.
There are individual pods containing toilet/showers, which were very clean.
The site is well protected from the elements, albeit just over the road from the sea.
We used it as a stop over heading up into the Highlands and will definitely use it again.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently. It's a nice site with good facilities.
They have a very modern shower block and a couple of small loos just next to the camp ground.
Pitches are grassy and next to the trees so can be in the shade a lot.
Site staff are great, very friendly and helpful.
Only negative is that the site is right next to a fairly busy road.

Quiet site next to pebble beach. Toilet facilities rather dated with only 1 shower in ladies and 1 in gents.
Plenty hot water. 2 washing up sinks under cover outside. Drain for waste water poorly sited unless you have a drainage hose! Site not level where we were so need levellers.
We loved Portsoy itself though, the Port and the local pub was like stepping back in time.
Beautiful walks and sunsets.
We would go back.

Stayed in an Eco pod. Great site, well kept and organised.
Good eateries in Findhorn.
Good walks from the site to the beach and lots of tracks in nearby woodland.
Staff very helpful.
Will definitely be back.

Findhorn caravan park was really nice
The toilets were brand new and kept really clean
The warden was very pleasant and helpful
Couldn’t fault the park

Very friendly welcome.
Toilets and showers spotless (although one of the toilets near the camping bit needed a new seat and occupation sign).
Bit noisy with camper vans arriving late at night and some of the guests do not know how to be quiet on the way home from the cafe bar.
Eco village is amazing - well worth a wander around.
As with many sites the facilities that tent campers might need are not close to the tent area.
Tent areas were not adhered to by other guests, luckily it was not too busy and I managed to pitch my tent just about keeping the required 6m between us - maybe better markings would help.
Shop on site was useful and well priced.
Had a great pizza freshly cooked in rapid time - nice thin proper pizza.
Bought a lovely vase from the pottery.
Would like to see a better site map handout, maybe even showing some of the routes to walk/cycle including the eco village, routes to the beach and findhorn.
Will definitely be back.

This was a lovely campsite within a short walking distance of the village of Findhorn.
Quiet, with very clean facilities.
The Findhorn Foundation is right next to the campsite with a small shop, cafe/bar and a takeaway cafe (which is open Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun).
I would definitely stay here again.

This is my favourite place to stay, with beautiful surroundings and beautiful people.
The staff couldn't have been nicer and the toilet block is the best I have ever used.
I can't wait to visit the park again.
