Very friendly and easy to book and get parked and setup on arrival.

Paid cash to the nice lady in the house at the entrance once setup.

No stress, nice and quiet, everything is there that you might need.

 Loved this site!

Very quiet, and relaxed (not too many rules and must/don't dos)

Level pitch, on hard standing.

Dog walking field handy (close) although grass a bit long (wet feet until lunch time) Maybe worth mowing a path round?

Elsan and water points good. There IS a grey water drop (unlike some reviews), but it's a bit fiddly, having to move a manhole cover etc

Great value for money and a friendly, helpful host.

Great walk across the fields to the canal and then on to Garstang (visiting Grandchildren enjoyed this) but road walk is perilous (no verge, cars driving at mad speeds (not under owners control, I accept, but still and issue)

Incidentally, Great Season Chinese (nearby, on the A6) very disappointing. Expensive and poor food. We shan't be using again!

Basic but absolutely a great place to spend some time.

Lovely flat, clean and quiet site.

Nice for canal walk into Garstang. Pub 10mins up the road.

The owner was lovely and did not give us any 'do's and don'ts', lol. Just a pleasant smile.

£20/night with EHU. Bargain.

Our first family camping trip, and we loved it here.

Nice and quiet.

Excellent fresh milkshake/icecream a couple of minutes down the road.

We will be back

This was ours 4th visit to this little gem of a campsite. Lovely flat pitches, and clean although slightly dated facilities.

The proprietors are friendly and very much leave you to your own devices.

There is a lovely pub within walking distance and Garsrang is a short drive away with shops pubs and restaurants.

This is our " go to" site, we will definitely be back.

Dog and child friendly.
