 Campsite was lovely quiet and the facilities where spotless
The owner was approachable for questions before arrival
The site was secure we went to go to a sporting event and felt safe leaving the tent whilst we went
Would definitely recommend and would go again

Excellent friendly and well equipped campsite - perfect for for our one night stop over to visit friends in the area.
We could see, however, that it would have been a great place to stay for much longer had we had more time! - toilet blocks with soap, towels and toilet paper provided - washing up area with washing up liquid provided. Showers free to use! - all good.
Many thanks to Ian for making us feel very welcome. Nice that the campsite manager/owner is around should we have had any questions.
Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Great campsite, quiet location, nice lay out, bathroom area clean.
Large pitches.
Secure site with electric gate.
Owner friendly and helpful, no strict arrival and depart times, which is very helpful

We booked for 2 nights as we were going to a concert at Leigh Sports Village.
Owners were very helpful. Chilled out vibe on the campsite.
Toilet block is basic but fine (lovely hot water in the showers).
Even though lots of campers were concert goers it was very quiet at night.
I've given 10/10 as it was exactly what we expected. Cheap and cheerful.

No frills working farm site. Ian the owner is very friendly and accommodating.
The toilet block is a bit basic but clean and functional.
20/25 minutes walk to Culceth village which has good bars and places to eat.
Secure site.
Friendly atmosphere.
We will definitely return.

A small site with basic but adequate facilities. We have stayed there 3-4 times.
We had a caravan hardstanding with electric hookup which was very good and the substantial entrance gate required a code which made it feel secure.
Our dog was also welcome.

A great place to stay with a tent, lovely open fields surrounded by trees, lots of space.
The toilet and shower block are very clean and practical.
Excellent comms with the owner when booking, easy to pay cash or bank transfer and all very friendly and keenly priced.
Locked gate an added security bonus if you go for a wander.

I recently stayed for 2 nights Friday/Saturday the site is very flat
Which was great for my motorhome
The facilities are great for the price I could not find any fault. The electric gate is huge.
The owner sent me the code on my way down as I was arriving late, he could not be more accommodating or friendly it was nice talking with him about his own camper. Just a really down to earth guy
I will definitely be going back in the near future

Perfect place to visit Manchester or Liverpool.
We took the car to Liverpool and Manchester and parked at a P+R from their it was easy to go to the city center by tram (Manchester: Parkway, metrolink. Liverpool: South parkway)
Verry friendly owners and a warm welcome.
The facilities are basic but clean.
