July 2005 This was our first visit to this site with our motorhome and definitely wont be the last. The site is fab and the views brilliant. The shower blocks are very nice and kept to a high standard. Already booked to go back in August. We were glad we were just visiting and not there to mow the lawn!!! Highly recommended site.

July 2005 Used to come here many years ago as a child. The Bungalow we used to stay in alas has fallen victim to the north sea. Really enjoyed our weekend at Clifftop though. Mick the Manager is extremely friendly and helpful, and at £13 per night (1 tent 1 car 2 people) the campsite is excellent value. They have a great shower / toilet block which is clean, and abundant with hot water.
The camp is very relaxed and quiet with views from the clifftop overlooking Bridlington, and Flamborough Head. A word of warning though, be very careful when going down to the beach, I slipped and took the skin off my right calf, it still smarts now ouch! There is a proper pathway down, ask Mick at the gate he'll tell you where it is. Great place though, I'll be going back without a doubt. p.s Beware the Thunderbugs, there's millions of 'em. Buy a Citronella candle. Happy Camping!

7 August 2004 This was our first attempt at camping and we thought we would try it out locally. This camp site was brilliant very quiet and very clean and we were able to pitch our tent where we liked, we chose the veiw over looking Bridlington bay. The new shower and toilet block was vey clean and spotless and there was plenty of hot water. The owner was very friendly and helpful and said there was no desperate rush to leave. Had a very enjoyable weekend. We would recomend this site for a very relaxing and chilled out break.

12/06/2004 Lovely site with plenty of room. Nice relaxed management who dont throw you off at 11am!!! This was our first camp so asked a lot of questions. When we asked 'what time to we have to leave?' we were told 'just as long as you are off the site by 5pm then anytime is good'. We were also told to just find a place you like and set up camp.
The views over Brid harbour are spectacular and the sunrise over the sea is worth getting up early for. Very quiet site with nothing close by so for the ones who just want the peace and quiet then this is the place for you.
They have a new shower/toilet block for this season Which is very nice and clean with lots of hot water too!!!!
All in all a lovely spot for our first camp-out.

May 2004 We stayed here last weekend, the owners are very nice and helpful. The site is clean and as the name says right on the cliff top overlooking the sea, a little awkward to get on to the beach. The shower block is new but the showers which are free are only just warm. It is a very quiet site, no playground for the kids and no shop, but we enjoyed our stay here and would go back again. Julie

August 2003 This is the sister site to Skirlington leisure park. When you stay here you get to use all the facilities at the Skirlington leisure park. It is about a 20 minute walk from Cliff top to Skirlington leisure park. We stayed with 3 children on this site but there wasnt anything at all on there for them to do. The owner was very friendly and helpful if you had any problems. It was cheap to stay here we paid £20.00 for 2 nights (2 adults & 3 children & a dog. The view was amazing looking right out over the sea. Was a little awkward to get down to the beach but not too much of a problem. Would stay here again.
