Peaceful sleep

Fantastic location on the cliff top. Grass pitch with EHU.
Clean toilets and decent showers.
Great walk along the beach into Hornsea from our pitch.

Absolutely beautiful location, clean facilities we car camped,
Just could have done with a little shop on site for essentials.

Absolutely brilliant site toilets and shower block so clean views over the bay was amazing friendly.
Could do with a little park for kids to play.
A on site shop would be a advantage but local trip to Tesco only 10 min drive.
But lovely clean and friendly site

We stayed here for one night to test out our new campervan. On arrival we were taken to our pitch by a staff member who was very polite.
We had a terrific pitch close to the cliff edge and the views were spectacular. The site has a good layout with plenty of space between pitches.
The toilet block was clean with plenty of hot water but could benefit from an update.
We were able to take full advantage of the sea views by walking along the cliffs to nearby Hornsea (30 to 40 minutes walk), where there are plenty of places to eat and shops.
We will not hesitate to return for a longer stay.

Very Cliff top. Choice of plots, plenty to choose from. We chose Cliff top, couldn't be better.
Constant sound of the sea was amazing.
One minute to the excellent facilities.
Great staff. Excellent facilities.
Not easy to get down the cliff to the beach but there's a ramp about a 10 minute walk across the cliff top.
We can't wait to come back.

This site has amazing views of the ocean. The toilets and shower facilities are clean.
We had a plot right on the cliff edge and it was a little bit too windy for us, we weren’t able to put our awning up as the wind was so strong even though the weather forecast showed very little wind.
The pitches further back seemed more sheltered from it. We also had a problem with flies, there were hundreds of them stuck to the caravan, if we put a chair out, at least 50 flies would land on the chair instantly so we didn’t sit out at all.
The sites further back from the cliff edge didn’t seem to have this problem.
We walked into Hornsea one evening, the walk took around an hour, we had fish and chips on the beach.
There is no direct access to the beach from this site but if you walk towards the boatyard about 10 to 15 mins, you will find some broken steps made from stones and pebbles. We are fit so found it ok getting up and down then, the beach is lovely but the fly problem was on the beach too. I’m not sure if they were harvesting fields of what was causing the flies.
It’s a lovely site, friendly owners with gorgeous views.

The site was easy to locate and staff were immediately welcoming. The land is clearly well cared for.
We had a lovely time and found the site to be clean, with sufficient facilities (no queues for toilets or showers at any point) including plenty of open space to run or play safely.
Hornsea is near enough for shopping, but far enough to avoid the noise of a town.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay.
