This site is immaculate, some road noise from Formby by-pass, otherwise a very peaceful place. Only downside is there's nothing on site other than basic amenities, couldn't even get a pint of milk. Papers can be ordered but that's about it.

Toilets and showers excellent. On a night a little noisy with traffic on nearby road and pitches perhaps a bit too near to each other.

Great little site, well laid out and well run. The toilets were spotlessly clean and like new. The showers and washing up water is included in the price.
We will definetly return to this site when we are in this part of the country.

A superbly clean, quiet site.
Toilets are the best I have ever seen, really really clean (and heated). The grass is almost putting green perfect.
A dog walking area is to the rear of the site. RAF Woodvale is adjacent to the site and Ainsdale beach is half a mile away.
There is no club on the site, the nearest is half a mile away so its a quiet weekend but a good one all the same. For those not too interested in the nightlife, this is a very good place to stay and explore southport and liverpool.
