Lovely location - very quiet and owners were lovely and helpful
Campfire on riverbank was spectacular
Rustic facilities but adequate - great links to Carry on Camping
Local shops 5 minutes away - ask for directions along footpaths
We went on canoe and saw some fishing going on
Next time will take pitch with electric hook up - this time we went for a riverbank which for obvious reasons didn’t have electric.
Only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been a few more portable toilets dotted around site - had to queue once for loo but that is only minor issue. Showers were hot and fun
Great value for money

I’m so pleased to have found the riverside farm camping.
We only stayed night, and absolutely enjoyed our time there.
Beautiful quiet open field …. With plenty of space around our pitch.
We even managed to go kayaking in the river the next morning …. Just an awesome experience !
The hosts were lovely, and very friendly, and super relaxed about us checking out late.
The toilet facilitates are very clean, with plenty of water.
We know for sure we’re going back, and next time we’re hopefully staying a bit longer ☺️

This is a gorgeous campsite and the owners are absolutely delightful. It comprises two fields, one with and one without electric hook-ups, with ponies in the adjoining paddocks and the river Arun meandering gently along the boundary.
We took paddleboards with us and played on the river, but you should be aware that you can't go that far - there's a fallen tree about 200m downstream and travelling upstream there's quite a lot of thick over-hanging plant life. It was fine for us as hobbyist paddlers, but if you're a serious paddler don't expect to make paddling a major part of your stay directly from the site - although both Pulborough (from where you can paddle all the way to Littlehampton) and the newly re-opened Arun & Wey Canal are both nearby.
The fields are in excellent condition and slope very gently away towards the river so no big soggy patches. There's direct access to the Downs Link Way and we had a delightful walk along it to a fabulous cheese cafe and micro-brewery.
The site is beautifully maintained and dogs on leads are welcomed. Also really pleased to able to use firepits so long as they're off the ground.
The owners really are the nicest people we've met camping and very kind and accommodating. They are in the process of installing additional toilets in one of the fields which I think will be a bonus on how far you have to trek to reach key facilities and although the site was fairly quiet when we visited the second shower, which looks to be under construction, will definitely be needed when the site is busier.
The site is gated and down a track so very family-friendly, and the kids had a wonderful time running round the fields and exploring the surrounding woodland.
Because there were several young families it was refreshing to see everyone bed down for the night when the light faded and no one was up being noisy either especially late or silly o'clock early.
No road noise and blissfully peaceful, very much like being in the middle of nowhere even though you're really not that far from civilisation.
Overall this is an absolute gem of a site and we'll definitely be back!

Lovely relaxed site,
Owned and run by friendly, helpful family who are always around.
Very close to the Downslink and lots of lovely walking.
Basic but adequate facilities, and more being built.

Beautiful campsite with riverside pitches. Totally relaxed feel to the place
Good loos and showers but the campsite was quiet when we visited and may struggle if the site was at max capacity.
Owners couldn’t be more accommodating
Short walk to two pubs and a micro brewery and right on the Downs Way
We would definitely return

Very pleasant camp site in nice location near a river, so care with young kids will be needed

Loved this little camp site !
Was there with my 2 working collies, at a Working Trials Test near by.
River to swim in when we arrived.
Really hot shower, with no water limitation, and room to NOT get towel etc wet ( a bug bear of mine at most sites)
Very friendly and accommodating people to greet us.
Very relaxed and laid back site with plenty of room and gorgeous walks right on the doorstep.
Could not fault it and plan to certainly return…. Oh, and no traffic noise at all at night.

Fab campsite with easy access to cycling (downs link) and walking plus shops within 10min walk.
Very helpful and friendly staff, provided logs for £5 for our firepits plus an extra long cable to plug in.
Peaceful.
Only drawback was river, we had kayaks and could only navigate 200 metres up stream and max 1 mile downsream as river had been intentionally blocked with purpose cut trees.
Would certainly go back as excellent location for cycling and walking.
