 Very handy for a stopover after the ferry crossing.
Only about 15 minutes from the harbour in Rosslare, nice pitches, free hot shower, and clean facilities. And a lovely Irish greeting too.
Don't miss the walk down to the beach, and the ruins on the way.

Excellent site. Very helpful and friendly owner.
Walks, cycle routes nearby.
General store within 25 mins walking distance.
Lots of bird life at Lady’s Island.
Water and electric at each pitch.
Showers and toilets bit old school but spotlessly clean and efficient.
Pitches level but can get a bit soft with heavy rain but no problem really.
Very reasonable prices.
Highly recommended. 10 out of 10.

Really pleasant and quiet site close to the sea.
We were made very welcome, even though we were close to the end of the season.
The site is close to Rosslare making it convenient for either on the way in or out.
The site is quite compact but well kept and the facilities are clean and functional.
We had a pleasant stay and would happily return.

We spent the early part of august staying in this beautiful campsite.
5 minute walk to the lovely beech and beech walks and the owner
Theresa is a diligent hard working owner who can be seen going around the site maintaining it and cleaning it.
On 2 occasions we extended our stay at short notice and Theresa accommodated us.
We love our visits here so much we’ve booked for a couple of weekend in September can’t recommend it enough

Lovely campsite.
The facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean.
Treasa was really friendly and welcoming.
Very convenient for coming off the ferry from Fishguard.
Pleasant short walk to a very nice beach.
Would definitely recommend.

We used St Margarets for an overnight stop before getting the ferry from Rosslare.
The campsite is in a rural situation but only a few minutes drive from the N25, and 15 minutes to ferry port.
Lovely quiet site, 10 minutes walk to a lovely beach.
Excellent facilities block, and owner very friendly and helpful.
Would be happy to return, to use as a base for exploring that corner of Ireland.

Our first visit here. What a super campsite.
Treasa is very welcoming.
Great stop over for the ferry.
Facilities are clean and well looked after. Showers are free.
We will be back.

Although location is what brings many here - and it is perfectly located for the ferry, it is an excellent site as a base for touring the area or just relaxing.
Easy to find and pitch up, well laid out and immaculately maintained the owners clearly spend a good bit on maintenance.
Water and electricity on many of the pitches or just close by is an example of investing a bit more for the benefit of visitors.
A very warm welcome and lots of help and directions.
The weather was fantastic when we were there but even if it were raining the well positioned hard standings and excellently maintained, well draining grass mean not mud!
Beach is a few minutes away - large, sandy and gently shelving.
Plenty of pubs and restaurants close by, some within walking distance.
All in all, a first rate site and one that we will come back to.
