 Returned to this excellent site for the 5th time. Warmly greeted by Beryl. The site is a credit to the friendly owners, it is immaculate and well maintained.
On the drive up to the reception the main touring pitches, with a shower block including indoor pot wash, are on the left and the larger of the 2 dog walking areas is on the right.
Next on the left is the 5 pitch certified location, and then the reception building. Continuing on is the 2nd dog walk area on the right, beyond the barrier is the Adult Only area, with lots of spacious pitches and a shower block with pot wash and dog shower.
Lots of pamphlets in the shower block about local activities and places to visit. Conway Water Park is worth a visit especially for the Otters and the Dutch Pancakes.
Baumaris is also worth a visit, especially the Jail with its Penal Treadmill and it is quite unnerving seeing all the cells which give an insight into a Victorian prison.
The Fairy Falls is a nice short walk, just opposite the pub of the same name. 10 minute drive on the other side of the beautiful narrow Llanrwst bridge.
Llanrwst itself is one of our favourite places. We were made to feel very welcome in Clwb Llanrwst, Bingo Mondays and Wednesday's. Good luck to the Pool Team this season. We will definitely resume acquaintances next year.
The Red Lion and Pen -y-Gryn Hotel are great pubs. The 2 dogs in the latter, Charlie and Rocky are adorable.
Several good eateries, the chippy next to the New Inn, which has a lovely indoor eating room. The curry restaurant was only doing take away, several award winning dishes.
Penmaenmwar beach is our favourite beach, check the tide times.
Can't wait to go back in 2022.

Fantastic site with top class amenities, we stayed in a motorhome and used buses and trains to visit some lovely picturesque places.
Amazing for walking too with breathtaking views.
We’ve been a few times now and will definitely return.
The site is so clean and well kept and the staff are so lovely and helpful.
A special thank you to Beryl who was just so lovely and friendly 👍

This is our 1st visit to this beautiful site and we will definitely be back.
The owners are very hospitable and amenable and keep everything spotless from the grounds to the toilet facilities.
The pitches are fully serviced, well spaced out and well maintained with beautiful views.
The village of Llanwrst is a gentle 10 minute stroll away with train links to Llandudno and Betws y Coed.

A lovely bright and clean site, with nice plants in the gardens.
The showers and toilets were very clean, a quiet site and the owners very pleasant.
Our site was also of a good size and no one was being overlooked.
All in all a great break.

Stayed on the CL.
This is the BEST CL site we have stayed on. Excellent immaculate facilities with plenty of space between the pitches, wish we had stayed longer.
Llanwrst has a good selection of shops and places to eat.
We chose the site to visit Bodnant National Trust gardens. We will certainly return.

What a great caravan park, nice staff, beautifully landscaped areas of flat hard standing fully serviced pitches,
The shower blocks are immaculately clean, they also applied the Covid rules,
In town there is a very nice Fish and chip restaurant called “Tir A Mor”, also the “The Eagles Hotel” have nice meals as well, supermarkets are also nearby.
Child Friendliness should be N/A as we did not have children with us.

Booked it on merit of reading other reviews & proximity to nearest town (for pubs!).
Fell in love with it, by far best site we have stayed on. Beautifully landscaped areas of flat hardstanding fully serviced pitches. Most of which are at an angle to each other ( not regimental lines, which I dislike) the pitches include plenty of room for a car without it being anywhere near the road.
The toilet block it spotless( never actually saw anybody in at same time as me!)
The slates on ground do stick to footwear, but I found that being careful ( removing shoes in doorway & banging together outside) it was not a problem, and a quick dustpan & brush or shake of mat got rid of them.
Definitely returning, already made inquires.
Cannot comment on child facilities as were on adult site

Beautiful site with immaculate facilities. Two dogs walk to choose from and short walk into town. Owners very friendly and helpful.
Our friends had car trouble and were a week late in arriving at site. They got held up for over an hour on motorway and were very late in arriving. They drive past entrance and got lost in the dark. John went and fetched them from the narrow road they had mistakenly taken.
One of the reviews did mention the barking dog. We were pitched beside the toilet block but I don’t think I would’ve been happy at the other side of site as some days you could here dogs barking and one night what sounded like a small dog barked from 3 am until about 8am.
This is not the site owners fault and I’m sure they’ve had complaints about it.
Lovely flower gardens on site also.
