 My girlfriend and I have just returned from a week in a static caravan at cobbleacre park lakes, which was rented from the complex at very good rates.
The fishing was great as were all the staff we had the pleasure to encounter. Bob the bailiff is very helpful and knowledgeable of both the fishing and the local area. Most of the lakes hold a good head of big carp and this complimented by marios specimen lake, makes this place an anglers dream.
The local hotel, The Plough, although not within walking distance is well worth the short drive as the food is excellent as it is in the marsham arms which is a pub which is also quite close.
The campsite is also ideal for campers caravans and mobile homes. We will certainly be returning in the summer. Overall I would rate this campsite 10/10
