 We stayed for the Easter Bank holiday weekend. The owner Joy is very friendly and welcoming. The site was very quiet. There is a single male shower / toilet and a female shower / toilet and another single toilet. Unfortunately the toilet block is cold as it is not heated so although the water is nice and hot it is an overall chilly experience in the low season. There is also another female shower that is open during busy times.
The site is sloping but there have been some clever cut aways to make some even pitches. One really nice touch is there are fridge / freezers available for use.

This is a lovely site in the perfect location - just a 5 minute drive to Lyme Regis, less than 10 mins to Axminster and near to Charmouth, Bridport and surrounding areas. It is an adults only site for tents only which makes it perfect for weekend getaways - nice and quiet!
You do get a very clean shower block with a warm and fairly powerful shower (there is one shower in the female block and one in the male, though the owners do allow females only to use the shower in their house (which is also a B&B) when busy). There are also a number of fridge/freezers provided for campers at no extra cost which is really useful.
The site itself is on quite a hill which means you must be logical when pitching your tent! It also means that, if like us, you are there when the heavens open for the weekend, it can be a good idea to leave the car down on the tarmac by the wash blocks overnight.
There is a pub (the Hunters Lodge I think it's called) just a 5 minute walk up the road from the site which serves good pub food and has a pool table etc which helps keep campers occupied during rainy evenings! Remember to pack a torch if you're planning to walk to the pub however - it's a bit of a dangerous road to walk along at night.
All in all a good site with good facilities and it makes a good base for exploring the jarrasic coast nearby.
