This site is so lovely, on a working farm but the owners have done a fantastic job. The pitches are a little open to the wind & maybe in winter a little to exposed? But they are a good size with hard standing for camper or caravan with grass for awning or if in a tent. Some have EHU & water but not all. Toilets & showers are excellent, I love the little signs above doors 'bull's over men's & 'heifers' over women's!
The whole site has lovely little touch's like the recycling in the old grain bin & mirrors in the old potato box's in shower rooms. Fresh eggs for sale with an honesty box.
You can hire a fire pit with logs & marshmallows!
The sign on entrance tells you your pitch when you arrive & Oly came over when we were about to go & find the nearest chippy & gave us directions.
The town of Beverley is not far away & a great place to sit watching the world go by.
Great site & will definitely be returning.

Went at the last minute to this delightful campsite for two night, was lucky someone had cancelled! It was a lovely site, very friendly owners, toilets and showers were lovely and hot and the site was really quiet at night. Would recommend it to families as lovely and safe for children, will definitely be returning there in the future, was good to have a supermarket next door as well. Went into Beverley for a day which was lovely, and not far to go. Wish we could have stayed longer but alas work called 😕 !

Really lovely site and location.
Facilities excellent, (all new), loads of information and farm eggs to buy in washing up area.
Good sized plots.
Oly and Jen very friendly.
A footpath to nearby village runs through the farm, circular walk to choice of 3 pubs and back, 1 hour.
Morrisons about a mile away, and various takeaways not much further.
We did the fish trail in Hull, and saw puffins at the RSPB site near Flamborough Head (an hour away). 😃
Think it will be a popular site and we will definitely be back in a quiet week.

Lovely campsite. My son and I went knowing if anything went wrong our house wasn't far away, but ended up finding a place perfect for weekend trips after school and will be back soon enough! Pitches are a great size, owners are friendly and the amount of wood you get with the firepit is fantastic. Supermarket is very close by along with a Poundstretcher, Poundland and a Halfords. Beverley is 6 mins away, Hornsea is close for beach and Bridlington is also not too far. Humber Bridge is not far either for those interested in seeing the 2nd longest suspension bridge in Europe. Only fault I have? If not going electric they don't have any way for you to freeze ice packs back up. But for short stays it's perfect!

Just got back from this lovely campsite. We didn't know what to expect as its only recently opened. We weren't disappointed. The pitch was adequate, with electric and water. The amenity block was brand new, so squeaky clean, 2 toilets and 2 showers(free). Centrally heated, so nice and warm. Mirrors above sink, shaver sockets, 3 pin plug socket for hairdryer, straighteners etc.
Wash up area with 2 large sinks and drainers. Information area with booklets of surrounding area. Suggested walks with map and directions.
We got a taxi into Beverley for a night out on Saturday. £10 one way, a bit steep I thought.
We had a lovely walk into Walkington village Sunday afternoon. Took us about 35minutes. 3 pubs but only went in the Barrel, as others were set out mainly for dining. We would certainly go back to this site. Olly is very friendly and helpful, he never stopped working. Keep up the good work Olly and Jen.

This is a brand new site so shower and toilet block are brand new 2 toilets 2 showers in each. A lot of thought and hard work seems to have gone into this site, hard standing have electric plus water. Trees and flowers planted around site when these mature should look really good. Central area is laid out for tents grass looks well looked after. Morrisons and bus stop are 5 mins walk from site. We cycled into beverley which took about 15 to 20 mins which is a lovely town with plenty of places to eat and drink walked across the fields to walkington 40 mins for drink at the barrel which is proper village pub along with duck pond. Some slight road noise during the day but quiet come evening this is the closest site to beverley so to be expected. Jen and olly are a really pleasant couple so give it a try we will use it again for sure

What an amazing weekend we have had at Butt Farm. It was our first time to the area and we couldn't have asked for a kinder welcome by Jen and oly!The rustic look is great. The facilities were kept very clean. Their is so much to do, from dog walking to shopping in the lovely market town of Beverley which is only a shot walk from the camp site. At night we used the fire pit which we toasted our marshmallows. We will definitely be back soon and will recommend to our friends. Thank you.
