Yes you def get what you pay for!
Super pitch site - drainage blocked and smelly.
Showers closed at 8pm and didn't open till 8.30 in morning - real pain, very restrictive - 2 shower cubicles left open - but they were in cubicles with the main doors hooked open - so they were freezing cold. Every shower in block had ripped or missing curtain, all 4 showers I visited were filthy - with hooks, fittings broken. Water always just luke warm and they were them showers that you need to keep pushing the button every 20secs or so. I saw 2 hair dryers - both had Out of Order on for entirety of the visit. There are many toilets in the block and they seemed on whole cleaner then the showers but every time I visited men were cleaning the ladies shower and toilet facilities which made me feel uncomfortable - I don't know why they didn't just cordon 1 of the 2 isles off and clean that isle then swap over - felt odd having a man mop next door toilet.
Facilities basic - but fair for the money, pool very small and cold - slide not in operation when we visited.

Visited in June, an out of season 65% off offer so only cost us £60 for 3 nights. Bargain!
We are new to caravanning, this was only our 2nd ever trip and everything went smoothly. We went for a super pitch and the water & electric post was right next to the van, waste just to the side so all was very easy to deal with.
The showers / toilet block was perfectly fine & clean, regularly had people cleaning down the floors. Site shop is well stocked. The entertainment is a couple of minutes walking distance from the touring / camping part.Although we did go the long way round through the static part the first couple of times, before we found the shorter way!
The entertainment complex itself is typical amusements etc with the usual hire of sporting equipment and kids clubs etc. Just what the kids love and what we go for to keep them amused. Food, seating, environment in the 'mash & barrel' is really good. Great variety and not overly priced.
The swimming pool is a little small compared to the size of the park but still great. It has a wide slide for the kids that goes by height so our 4 yr old daughter with armbands was still allowed to go on it which she loved.
Oakwood & Folly farm very close so 2 days out there although for 1 day we just made use of the park facilities and had a lovely time.
Overall a fantastic site, perfect for families our children - 8,7,4 and 1 loved it as much as we did! We will definitely be going back.

Large camping area (poppy field) with free selection of where to pitch, but please be aware of live electricity lines directly above which may kill children flying kites.
High winds and heavy rain dampened things a bit for us and the area has poor drainage so lots of puddles.
Very friendly people, good facilities, reasonable entertainment. Pool I was told was cold so didn't go.
This is one of the more pretty sites around and is quite large with lots of static caravans. It is 1.25 miles walk to Tenby a maze of a town with its fair share of picturesque beaches and cliff walks (go to the penally train station half a mile left of the site entrance and walk down track).
Overall I would like to recommend this site but the electric lines above the campers heads prevents this.

We enjoyed a cheap midweek break during term time. The camp site was very clean and all quiet by 10pm in the camping field. The non ehu field was large and level and we were told to pitch wherever we liked. The field had plenty of water taps and bins available. Showers and toilets very clean, though shower block closed at 7.30pm. Security patrolled hourly. The pools were both well heated and supervised. We didn't use the clubhouse.
There is a direct path to the beach, and walk along the beach into the town.
Somerfield in the town, with a bus stop right outside, that takes you back to the site entrance.

Very large park with several toilet blocks placed around the park.Very noisy and very busy. No children play areas and children running everywhere at all times of the night. Beach about 2 miles hard walk.Car needed at all times. The pitch spaces are medium size but a mixture of tents and caravans.

Best static site we have stayed at we've been to a few and their normally tacky with cleanliness but this site was not, caravan was very comfy only drawback was we were put behind the complex where they have the entertainment and it was very noisy till late as we had a 3yr old it wasn't the best place to put a family with young children but apart from that it was great .
Folly farm is a great day out. Great beaches which you could walk of the park straight onto sand but watch out for pick pockets a family that was sat a little away from us had a handbag taken and jewellery and a man came to talk to us then my other half said watch your bag I picked it up then the man walked away then the other family realised their's was taken by that time the man was running away in the distance

This was a great site in low season - it was April holidays but still quiet. Caravan was great; heated and cosy with good supply of duvets. Only gripe was last occupants had burnt the grill pan and chucked it over the fence (really classy); we asked twice for a replacement but it was still there when we left.
Funworks very good; kids loved the amusements but was quite costly. New bar/grill opened serving reasonably priced food; and was very clean. Pool fine; changing area left a bit to be desired and it was low season so not sure what it would be like in august.
Great shop, and not too expensive. Tenby lovely town; and beautiful walk along the beach to get there. Manorbier well worth visiting for castle and beach.
Overall very good value for money but don't know if I would visit in peak season. Beware of the launderette - was over £4 for wash and £5 for using drier- make sure you take lots of spare clothes!

This site is a large site, mainly comprising of statics, the touring and camping field is on the edge.
Plus points:
Our fully serviced pitch was huge and level.
Good playground for kids
Club great for families
Good arcade for those who like them
Didn't visit the pool, though I am told it was small considering the size of the site.
Walking distance to Tenby.
Direct access to sandy beach.
Lovely boules green.
Football field with goals.
2 tennis courts.
Security guards good in the evenings and night time.
Negative points:
Paid for a fully service pitch (gross payment £800+ for 15 nights), unable to use mains water as the tap was 22m from the caravan. Made 6 inquiries about being loaned an extension hose, to be fobbed off. (Not our fault it was so far away, we had 2 lengths, still not enough).
6 families in our party booked with reference numbers in January, and were told we would be pitched together, but weren't. 3 couples who booked in March were. Not sure if its because they were Welsh or didn't pay with Tescos vouchers. Towards the middle of the fortnight it was a case of drive round and choose your pitch anyway as they were so muddy/flooded, so we could have been pitched together after all.
BB guns rife as shops in Tenby selling them everywhere for as little as £1.99 each. Security out straight away when it was reported.
We had a noisy camper opposite, 3am touch, but they were warned by security, we weren't the only ones to complain.
Drainage on the whole site is dire, even the roads and car parks were deep in water. Our friends had to move pitch, they were ankle deep in water after overnight rain. Luckily we had membrane under our groundsheet. People flooded out when complaining were told 'that's the risk you take when when you camp', only eventually to be offered tea, coffee or soup (really helpful!), and eventually sand to rebuild their pitches.
Toilets were good, though not clean when I went up, can't comment on the showers but had no complaints from my menfolk.
No 'quiet' pub-style area for a drink.

I haven’t been camping for a long time and this was the first time for my wife and 2 boy’s (aged 2 and 5). We stayed here on a cheap deal over the half term holiday. We had a week of beautiful sunshine (shame about the rest of June), which was such a relief.
The toilets were a bit messy but were cleaned once a day. The shower block had hot running water and was kept reasonably clean. The shower blocks had restricted opening times but as we were camped next to the block weren’t to bothered.
This site has loads for children to do; the evening entertainment is not for the faint hearted, very noisy, interactive and busy. There was an amusement arcade next to the bar which was hard to keep the kids out of which we thought was very exploitative of Haven.
Tendy is a lovely town with beautiful beaches. We had a great time and it lived up to my expectations, but this camp site is very commercialised and may not be to everyone’s taste.

Just came back from 8 nights at Kiln Park. Having been here a number of times but always in a static we knew the park well. Before we went I read up on some reviews about the touring pitches at Kiln and the reviews were terrible. However our pitch was fine, except for a few things the first being we were on a super pitch which we assumed would have a hard standing but didn't. It had a drain for your waste to go in, our pipe wasn't long enough so we didnt benefit from a super pitch at all!
The only other thing was due to terrential rain our pitch was flooded but the last day, luckiliy nobody was sleeping in the awning, if there had been theres no way they could have carried on in there. I know the weather is uncontrollable but I'm sure the pitch shouldn't have turned into a mud bath underneath the grounsheet! But apart from that we love Kiln Park.
Entertainment at night brill as always- feel sorry for those with a few kids as can get very expensive with the arcades, kids gift shop and the illuminated shop in the middle of the clubhouse selling pick a mix, popcorn etc. Also a party dance show for kids where all lights are turned off and kids have glow in the dark sticks, hats etc- but these have to be bought, so it the kids dont have them they dont join in properly with the dance- crafty eh?! If you can get around this by buying in a shop before hand ( sweets and pop) it would save alot of money.
Outdoor pool heated, indoor pool open at intervals. Football / Rugby / Bowls pitches large park , access to beach, able to walk from site accross beach to Tenby town. If you stumble accross a good deal I would go, would never pay the peak summer prices though. Buy a 4 pinter jug £9.40 carlsberg lager.

Cheap deal on this site but unfortunately waited at reception for ages where allocated pitches drove round to them already taken had to go back to reception. Toilets closed early and had cleaners all day not sure what they did the toilets where dirty and smelly, hair collecting in corners of the showers etc. People were complaining of having things stolen. Only redeeming feature was that Tenby beach and town are lovely would go to Tenby again but not this site.

Me and partner thought that we'd go camping for the first time. We booked into Kiln Park as it looked as though it had all the benefits with the complex, I must first say that upon arrival the receptionist kept us waiting for approximately 20 mins, they also told us that they were fully booked, however, when we drove through the site fields and fields were empty we stressed this to the receptionist and after much reluctance she let us stay.
The shower blocks were clean and tidy but the only problem is that they close really really early. The on site shop we found to be expensive and also shut early. The complex is all geared for family's which we didn't mind but could have done with the show ending at 9pm so that the adults could have a bit of time too, all in all I don't think that we will stay here again.

Well not much really! Beach is stunning and the Georgian architecture in the town is stunning, amazing restaraunt is Basils in the town, pricey but a lot better than burger king on the site!
I think that sums up this place, we came from a admittedly rural site in Wales to this site! Static caravans rule here. Our friends got robbed from the car! We thought we would cheer up at the local on site bar, well Rory the tiger and friends kept us entertained for 4 hours with singing, while I got stuck to a bar table - dirty beyond words - looking at hundreds of kids getting high on e numbers with a yard of pop for a pound!
Got back to find that the tent had a van next door that decided to start its generator till 6AM ! I kid you not! Complained to site staff who were more interested in having a fag!

We stayed for 2 nights. Our pitch was right next to the toilet block but there wasnt much noise at night.
The main shower block closed at 6pm and there were only 2 showers that were left open so there a was a q at times.
The swimming pool closed at 5.30pm so again couldn't use this as we had been out for the day and it was too late so felt didn't really get value for money. The units are well spaced out and we were in an area with 3 others as we had electric.
The entertainment was still geared towards children at 9.15pm so we left after being squirted by Rory the lion!
Would go again for a short stay, its also worth noting that the shop also closed at 6pm so unable to buy anything for tea.

I didn't expect to like this site. It was booked for a family holiday, six units. We had the end of a small field which was great for the kids. Everywhere was clean. The beach is great and it is good being able to walk to Tenby which is a lovely town. The washing facilities are totally inadequate for high season and they close at 9.00 pm. The shop is very expensive. Evening entertainment was OK but very noisy. There is a quiet bar but it is not very nice. Unless you like the whole holiday park scene this is an expensive place to stay. We found the public swimming pool over the road worth paying for rather than use the camp pool if you really want to swim.
