august 2002 A pleasant site but unfortunately let down by the surrounding area. The site is set next to the main A47 with only a thin line of trees separating the traffic from your tent - it was a little noisy. The local pubs all seemed quite pleasant, but with a couple of major downfalls - they do not open until 7pm and none within a 5 mile radius could offer a table for dinner. Kings Lynn is not the most exciting place, I would recommend Cromer/Sheringham far more. The only other point to note is that the drains in the shower block were blocked and there was a rather nasty pool of water spreading across the site as we left.
