 If you're looking for a well run CL in a peaceful rural location, then look no further! I really cannot fault this site. Excellent facilities, easy access to the local town for shops, bars and restaurants, and friendly (British) owners for whom nothing is too much trouble. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, road cycling and mountain biking, and the seaside is 30-40 minutes away, where you will find relaxed resorts and uncrowded beaches.
This is CL camping at its best.

Fancy your own personal campsite in the middle of Brittany? Then this is probably as good as it is going to get. We shared the whole site with one other family.
The owners Ralph and Anne are friendly and helpful. The site is listed for 6 pitches but there is so much space that even it it were full it would never be cramped. This also means it is great for the outside games, tennis, badminton, frisby etc.
There are two very spacious Shower/WC rooms with super showers that were spotless throughout the holiday. A separate indoor double sink and drainer is provided for washing-up.
Free Wi-Fi provides conenctivity back home and keeps the kids gizmos online.
The site is rural but that also makes it very peaceful. A 35 min car journey will get you to some great beaches. But if you are more active and have your bikes the roads are super smooth and traffic minimal making family cycling a pleasure through the rolling hills. If you fancy something more, then the local tourist office in the village has free maps of 3 local VTT mountain bike routes. These are a mix of road, farm tracks and wooded runs that are also suitable for walking. There is a local resturant with good food and friendly owners.
There are a couple of local swimming pools but be aware that the french have recently banned the use of beach shorts so you will need to get your speedos out! Also you may need a swimming cap in some.

This has got to be the best CL type caravan or camping site holiday location in France, allowing up to 6 Units with (or without) electric points. 12 Euro per pitch per night and 3 Euro per night with electrics.
Fantastically clean 2 shower/toilet rooms. Washing machine available (3 Euro per wash). Plenty of room for children to play on,
Nearest village Plougenast has a lovely bakery (not open on Mondays). Intermarche supermarket open all week (Sunday morning only). bar, post office and various other shops tabac, pmu, Moncontor
Local town lovely old city to visit and Loudeac nearby (10 minute drive) with loads of supermarkets Super U, Le Clerc, Aldi, LIDL, etc.
Best beaches we found for the children (digging and swimming) were 'Binic' and 'Etables Sur Mer' 30 - 40 minute drive away.
Owners absolutely briliant! We have already booked up for next year having only just left!
